On the 23rd June 2016, the British public narrowly voted in favour of leaving the European Union. Although this action was predominantly motivated by nationalistic ideas, this article explores how both the Brexit vote and subsequent negotiations have unexpectedly served to promote increased solidarity amongst the other European states.

Nowadays, with a high level of mobility, you can be within one day in another part of the planet, within a couple of hours in another city or neighbouring countries. Commute to work, business trip or just vacations and weekends is not imaginable without using transport (public or private). Whereas, with the growing concerns about climate change, we should be really critical and reflective on what we are doing and which type of transportation we are choosing.

Meine Zeit in England neigt sich immer mehr dem Ende. Im Juni habe ich viele Orte gesehen, welche ich unbedingt vorher besuchen wollte. Außerdem hat mich auch meine Schwester besucht.

Nun haben die Sommerferien begonnen und mein normaler Alltag hat sich ein wenig verändert.

Es klingt ein wenig absurd und eher nach staubigen, dunklen Sex-Shops in Bahnhofsnähe aber Sex-Roboter sollen das neue Ding sein. Und tatsächlich reiht sich dies in die allgemeine Tendenz ein, unseren Alltag zu digitalisieren und immer mehr künstliche Intelligenz zu involvieren. Und dies wirft einige ethische Fragen auf: Kann man Sex-Roboter moralisch vertreten? Wie beeinflussen sie unsere Wahrnehmung von Sex und vom anderen Geschlecht?
