PREVIOUS DAYS AND DAY 1. ANGEL. SPANISH AND ENGLISH. Día 1: cogimos el autobús de Almería-Málaga desde IES Almeraya, nuestro instituto llegamos al aeropuerto a las 11 y media. A las 2 y media fuimos en avión Málaga-Barcelona. Fuimos al siguiente vuelo Barcelona-Marrakech, pero hubo un problema técnico y tuvimos que parar otra vez en Málaga. Allí cambiaron el avión y finalmente cogimos un tercer vuelo Málaga-Marrakech. Al llegar fuimos al hostel para dejar las maletas y cenamos en un bar en la plaza yamma el fna. Día 2: Despues de desayunar en el hostel estuvimos en la plaza yamma el fna. Al mediodía llegó el grupo de alemanes y fuimos todos juntos a comer en un restaurante y después hicimos un tour por la ciudad. Tras eso cenamos en la plaza en puestos callejeros. Día 3: “Día del autobús”. Estuvimos viajando durante todo el día, 10 horas aproximadamente aunque parando en varios lugares. El primero fue en un mirador para comprar comida. Despues hicimos un picnic en la montaña donde algunos hicieron trekking. La siguiente parada nos llevaron a una tienda especializada en argán donde pudimos degustar y usar sus productos. La siguiente parada estuvimos viendo especias y comida bereber. Tras eso estuvimos en una tienda de artesanía. Y por última parada llegamos al riad de Agdz. Día 4: tras el desayuno en el riad fuimos a un colegio, donde conocimos al grupo marroquí y nos invitaron a comidas típicas. Después fuimos en grupo al zoco del pueblo, que es donde compran y venden todo lo que necesiten. Tras comer se organizó un viaje al rio, donde pudimos ver los cultivos locales y el río. A la noche, tras la cena, organizaron un baile local donde todos estuvimos bailando y cantando. First day Our meeting point was in Almeraya, our high school, to go to Málaga, we arrived at the airport around 11:30. Our first fly was Málaga-Barcelona, our next plane was Barcelona-Marrakech, but our plane had a technical problem and we come back to Málaga. Later of wait one hour we changed the plane and finally 3 hours later we arrived in Marrakech, we went to our hostel and later we ate in “Yanna el fna square” (the most important square of Marrakech). Second day Later of the breakfast in the hostel, we went to “Yanna el fna square”. There we was watching the market and buying some gifts. Later we returned to the hostel and we knew the german group, and we went to a restaurant all together. In the afternoon, with an Spanish guide, we had a tour on “Vahila palace” and other monuments. Finally we ate our dinner in street foods in the square. Third day “Bus day” During all the day we were all the day travelling Marrakech-Agdz during 10 hours more or less. But was not very tired because we had some stops. The first was in a lookout with one road shop, when some of us bought food and drinks for the travel. The next was in the foot of the mountain and we went a picnic. Some of us were trekking to the top of the mountain. The next was in a business of agar oil, there we tasted his products. Others stops were in one artisanal shop and in one spice shop, where we tasted bereber typical food. The last stop was our destiny, the riad of Agdz, where we are now. Fourth day We were eating the breakfast on the riad, later of it we went to an school where the welcome was with local food and traditional dances from here. The director was talking with us explaining how in the school and the activities that their do there to help the community and the environment. There we knew the marroc group. Later we went in group to the local market, where they buy and sell all the things that they need. At the afternoon we were walking to the river, during the way we saw farmlands. At the evening, after of the dinner, we had a concert with local music where all the people were dancing and singing.

PREVIOUS DAYS. LILLI AND ELISE. ENGLISH AND GERMAN. Tuesday, 04.02.2020 Our journey started at the the main station in Dresden at 2.45 am on the 4th February 2020. There, we drove with a bus to the airport Berlin-Schönefeld where we had the first problem with the suitcases because they told us that we had one more suitcase than we were supposed to have. After solving this problem, we checked in and flew with the plane to Marrakech from 7.30 to 11.40 am. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Iris and Brahim and drove with a small bus to our hostel where we got our hotel rooms. Ultimately after that, we went together with the Spaniards to a restaurant and ate Tajin and typical bred from Morocco and got to know each other. Subsequently we did a guide through Marrakech and visited e.g. a palast where a prime minister once lived. The whole time it was very hot with felt 35 degrees and at our hostel we played a loud game with the Spaniards. Later we went to the market for eating but it took about 30 minutes until we found something because every one wanted us to be there costumer. They sang for us, told us about Bushido and Helene Fischer and talked in German. In conclusion we chose one market shall and ate CousCous, Tajin and fish for example. With some time delay we went to sleep at 12.00 pm. Wednesday, 05.02.2020 The next day we ate typical european breakfast at 8.30 am and went to our bus at 10.00 am. After arriving there we started our exiting journey through the Atlas Mountains at 11.00 am. Our first stop included a toilet visit and a beautiful view over the landscape. Next we stopped somewhere, where women showed us how to make the argan oil. We also tested and bought oil. The third stop was at the highest top of the Atlas where we had lunch including bred, bananas, oranges and olives. Happily, there was snow and we did some snowball fights. With more time time delay we drove through the Atlas until we arrived in the desert. There we stopped at a small town at a spice shop leaded by a women organisation where we got some tea and biscuits. Again, with more and more time delay we drove to the next city where we went to a souvenir shop. There we fell into a spending spree and bought lots of souvenirs. However it became more and more clear that we won’t be at Agdz on time and going to arrive in the dark. At 9 pm we arrived in Agdz and the first thing that has happened was that the bus tore down a power line. Generally we were very happy because our accommodation was very beautiful. But then the mood changed drastic. Six boys didn’t have a place to sleep. After a long back and forth we had a solution: the boys were separated into the other rooms which leaded us to the point where six instead of four people slept in a room. In the end we ate dinner consisting of Tajin and bred at 11.30 pm and went very tired to sleep. Thursday, 06.02.2020 On the 6th February we wanted to eat breakfast at 8.30 am but it ended up being at 9.30 am. After that we went to a school in Agdiz where we were welcomed with music, dance, tea and biscuits. The school director told us about their school and we gave handshakes with the teachers and Moroccans who take part at the project. Following, every Moroccan took one German and Spaniard and went to the Souk which is a big market in Agdiz. We saw a lot of animals standing in the sun and while walking through the market some heads of animals looked right into our eyes. We met the others at 13.30 pm and went back to our accommodation in the pure heat while sweating. The next thing we did after arriving was eating for lunch and surprise surprise: they served us tajin and bred. Later, we went to a river right next to palms and the desert where we stayed for one hour, taking beautiful pictures of the river, the desert and the moon. In this moment I thought about the composition “Like a river flows” which would fit perfect with this place filled with silence and peace. Thereafter we went back and watched great videos of the Spanish school and the German school. The atmosphere was beautiful, the room was full of pillows and chairs and of course people. One of the highlights were the musicians who played traditional music for us. In addition, we danced to the music and had a lot of fun. Right after that we had dinner including tajin and bred again. Erster Tag : 04.02.2020 Unsere Reise startete am 04.02.2020 um 2:45 Uhr am Hauptbahnhof in Dresden. Dort angekommen verabschiedeten wir uns von unseren Familien und stiegen müde, aber voller Vorfreude in den Flixbus nach Berlin. 5:30 Uhr erreichten wir den Flughafen Schönefeld und checkten kurz darauf ein. Dabei gab es direkt ein Problem, wir hatten anscheinend einen Koffer zu viel und es tat sich die Angst auf, dass wir den letzten Koffer in Berlin lassen müssen. Doch zum Glück löste sich dieses Problem, da Milanas Koffer doppelt gezählt wurde . 7:40 Uhr ging dann der Flieger nach Marrakech, wo wir ca. 12:40 Uhr ankamen. Dort wurden wir freudig von Iris und Brahim empfangen und fuhren mit einem Bus, welcher viel zu klein für uns und unsere Koffer war und außerdem viel zu heiß war, zum Hostel. Dann richteten wir uns uns ein und gingen mit den Spaniern zusammen in ein Restaurant Mittag essen. Dort lernten wir uns schon etwas kennen, da wir gemischt an Tischen saßen. Anschließend bekamen wir eine Führung durch Marrakech. Wir besuchten beispielsweise einen Palast, der von einem Prämieminister bewohnt wurde. Danach ging es weiter durch die Stadt, wobei uns unsere Füße schon sehr wehtaten und man die ca. 28 Grad sehr zu spüren bekam. Wieder im Hostel angekommen spielten wir ein Kennlernspiel, wegen welchem sich die Nachbarn aufgrund des Lärms beschwerten. Am Abend gingen wir alle auf den Markt, um etwas zu essen. Die ersten 30 Minuten bestanden daraus, dass wir von jedem Stand angesprochen wurden und jeder uns als deine Kunden gewinnen wollte. Sie versuchen uns „ anzulocken“, indem sie uns Freigetränke versprachen, für uns sangen, uns erzählten sie seinen Bushido und Helene Fischer und uns ihre Deutschkünste erläuterten. Wir entschieden uns dann für einen der vielen Stände und aßen dort verschiedenste Dinge, wie Tajine, CousCous und Fisch. Der Markt war insgesamt voller Essenstände, wo man oft von Tierköpfen angestarrt wurde ( insbesondere die Vegetarier freuten sich darüber ) und Saftstände, aber auch Klamottenstände, Pflanzenstände und Frauen die sich mehr oder weniger ehrlich ihr Henna verkauften. Mit einer Zeitverzögerung ging es dann 12:00 Uhr sehr müde ins Bett. Tag zwei: 05.02.2020 Am nächsten Tag gab es 8:00 Uhr Frühstück, wobei die meisten erst gegen 9:00 Uhr auftauchten und es gab typisches Europäisches Hotel essen. Zum Beispiel Croussoins, Rührei und Jogurt. Gegen 10:15 Uhr sind wir dann zum Bus aufgebrochen und statteten ca. 10:45 Uhr mit einem Reisebus über das Atlasgebirge. Unser erster stopp bestand aus einer Toiletten-Pause mit Blick über die Landschaft. Dann ging es weiter bis zum Stopp zwei, wo und gezeigt wurde, wie man Arganöl herstellt. Zusätzlich durften wir das entstandene Mus probieren und einige unsere Gruppe kauften verschiedene Produkte mit Arganöl. Weiter ging es dann voller schlafende Menschen durch das Atlasgebirge, bis wir die höchste Stelle im Atlas erreichten, wo wir Schnee vorfanden. Den wir in Deutschland bisher dieses Jahr im Winter noch nicht gab. Dort gab es dann die ersten Schneeballschlachten von Spaniern und Deutschen. Unser Mittagessen bestand aus Brot, Oliven, Mandarinen und Bananen. Ein paar unserer Gruppe wollten den Berg, der am höchsten lag besteigen, wodurch Franka unter Angstzuständen litt. Nachdem wir wieder mit Zeitverzug im Bus saßen, ging es weiter durch den Atlas, Bus wir auf diesem heraus waren und durch die heiße Wüste führen. In einer kleinen Stadt hielten wir dann an und besuchten einen Gewürzladen „ Maison des Epices“, welcher eine Organisation von Frauen ist. Hier wurden wir erst einmal begrüßt, bekamen wieder Tee und Gebäck und durften etwas typisches mit Mais probieren. In dem kleine. Laden voller Gewürze gab es dann ein großes Gedrängel und es wurden viele unterschiedliche Gewürze gekauft. Hierbei gab es mal wieder zeitverzögerung und so wurde uns immer mehr klar, dass wir erst im Dunklen in Agdiz ankommen würden. Der letzte Stopp fand dann in einer größeren Stadt statt, in welcher wir alle einen Souvenir laden besuchten, in weichen wir alle in einem Kaufrausch verfielen und manche sehr viele Dinge kauften. Nachdem alle glücklich waren, ging es zurück indem Reisebus und fuhren die letzte Stunde im dunklen, was manchen durch die schmalen Straßen und Abgründe in angst versetzte. Gehen 21:00 Uhr kamen wir dann in Agdiz an und der große Bus riss erst einmal eine Stromleitung herunter. Damit war es aber noch nicht zu Ende. Angekommen in der wirklich schönen Unterkunft tat sich dann ein neues weitreichendes Problem auf, es gab nicht Hebung Schlafplätze. sechs Jungs standen also ohne ein Zimmer da, weil sich ihre Unterkunft 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt befand. Nach langen hin und her kamen wir dann zu einer Lösung. Die Jungs wurden aufgeteilt, was dazu führte, dass manche Zimmer statt vier Leuten sechs Leute beherbergten. Als das geklärt war, gab es sehr spät 23:39 Uhr Abendessen, was aus Tajine und Brot bestand. Müde und erschöpft fielen wir nach 00:00 Uhr ins Bett .

DAY 1 in Agdz. FRANKA. GERMAN. Donnerstag, 6. Februar (Franka, German) Guten Morgen! Langsam kommen alle aus ihren Betten und erscheinen etwas zerknautscht in Riad. Die Sonne scheint, jedoch ist es noch sehr kühl: 7 Grad. Jetzt sehen wir die ganze verzauberte Schönheit unserer Unterkunft in Tabhirte. Riesige Palmen, Zitronen- und Orangenbäume mit leuchtenden Früchten spenden Schatten. Ein Springbrunnen in der Mitte des Innenhofs plätschert vor sich hin… Viele Bänke und Stühle laden zum gemeinsamen Plaudern ein. Gegen 9.00 Uhr beginnen wir mit dem Frühstück. Sechs runde Tische sind für uns gedeckt. Das leckere Baguette essen wir mit Aprikosenmarmelade, Honig oder Schmelzkäse. Kaffee zum munter werden steht auf dem Tisch und natürlich Tee! Schnell sind die Tische abgedeckt und etwas verspätet starten wir zur Grundschule von Agdz. Wir laufen durch enge, staubige Gassen und auf einmal sehen wir den Berg Kissan in voller Pracht. Beeindruckend ragt das Wahrzeichen der Stadt aus der Umgebung heraus. Wegen seiner besonderen Form und der rötlicher Gesteinsfarbe wird er auch Tajin-Berg genannt. Nach zehn Minuten kommen wir an und wir hören Trommelmusik. 10 kleine marrokanische Jungen in weißen Gewändern klatschen, tanzen zur Begrüßung für uns. Kekse und Tee werden uns gereicht und wir sehen die marokkanischen Teilnehmer des Jugendaustausches zum ersten Mal. Schnell bilden sich kleine kleine Gruppen und stellen sich vor. Alle waren sehr neugierig und schnell singen und tanzen die Spanier zusammen mit den Marokkanern. Sie lieben Musik. Der Schulleiter stellt seine Schule auf französisch vor und Ismail übersetzt und die Informationen in Englisch. Wir bredanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft und nun folgt eine erste Herausforderung… wir wollen „gemischte“ Gruppen bilden. Es dauert eine Weile bis jeder Marrokaner*in einen Spanier*in und Deutsche*n gefunden hat und dann geht es zum Souk, dem marrokanischen Wochenmarkt. Er findet jeden Donnerstag statt. Auf dem Weg können wir einen Blick in die Bäckerei werfen. Drei Frauen empfangen uns mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und zeigen uns ihre beiden ebenerdigen Lehmbacköfen. Wir dürfen frisch gebackenens Fladenbrot probieren und ein erstes Rätsel wird gelöst. Am Abend zuvor hatten wir einen kleinen Stein auf dem Fladenbrot kleben und waren sichtlich irritiert, wie dieser Stein auf das Brot kam. Ganz einfach. Die geformten rohen Fladen werden auf eine Art „Steinbett“ gelegt und so gebacken. Beim rausnehmen kann es also passieren, dass ein Stein sich im Fladenbrot „verfängt“. Fazit: Aufpassen beim Reinbeißen! Der Weg zum Souk führt entlang der Hauptstaße und Rachid erzählt uns von sich und seiner Stadt. Es gibt mehrere Schulen und die Schüler mögen Mathematik. Am Rathaus ist ein Geldautomat und dort steht eine Schlange von ca. 25 Menschen an um Geld abzuheben. Geduld ist gefragt. Die Sonne ist heiß und wir sind froh, dass wir alle mit verschiedenen Kopfbedeckungen geschmückt sind. Wild gebundene Kopftücher, Strohhüte und Basecaps schützen uns vor einem Sonnenstich. Wir laufen über eine Brücke und dann sehen wir schon das bunte Treiben auf dem Markt. Rachid erzählt uns, dass hier am Eingang der „europäische“ Markt ist. Tatsächlich sehen wir Kleidung, Plastikschuhe und Eimer. Wir laufen weiter und kommen zum Vieh- und Fleischmarkt. Hier stehen Ziegen, Schafe und Kühe mit festgebundenen Füssen, damit sie nicht wegrennen. Manch ein Marokkaner nimmt seine erstandene Ziege an die beiden Vorderbeine und trägt sie nach hause. Ein wenig befremdlich wirken auf uns die halben Schafe oder abgehackten Kuhköpfe, die am Haken den Fleischstand „schmücken“. Von diesem traurigen Anblick darf man als Tourist kein Foto machen. Wir Europäer kennen solche Bilder nicht wirklich, da Fleisch im Supermarkt in kleinen Portionen abgepackt und bereit zum Kochen ist. Jedoch ist der Umgang mit Tieren in einer deutschen Großmetzkerei nicht anders! Der Käufer sieht es bloß nicht. Beeindruckend war ein kleiner Unterschlupf, wo fünf Männer Eisenwerkzeuge herstellen oder reparieren. Eine Schmiede mit glühenden Kohlen, einem Blasebalg und Hammer und Amboss. Traditionelles Handwer. Gleich nebenan werden Säcke mit Datteln ausgekippt und sortiert. Die „guten“ zum Verkauf, die „schlechten“ für die Schafe. Man kann alles auf diesen Markt kaufen und es ist ein buntes und lebendiges Treiben beim dem man nur Staunen kann. Jetzt sind wir geschafft und laufen ca. 45 Minuten zurück zu unserer Unterkunft. Wir werden von allen freundlich begrüßt. Manchmal mit „Bonjour“, ein anderes Mal auf arabisch. Wir essen gemeinsam und dann gehen einige von uns durch die Palmerie zum Fluss Dra. Als wir zwei Männer treffen, die gerade Datteln ernten, zeigt uns Panachi spontan wie diese geerntet werden. Er leiht sich eine Art Handsense aus und klettert in sekundenschnelle die 8 Meter hohe Palme hoch. Beeindruckend. Oben angekommen kackt er ein verwelktes Palmenblatt ab und danach klettert er wieder runter. Applaus. Am Fluss angekommen halten einige ihre Füsse ins kalte Wasser, andere schnippen Steine ins Wasser, wieder andere Fotografieren die zauberhafte Landschaft. Der Berg leuchtet und der Mond steht neben ihm am Himmel. Als wir wieder zurück sind treffen wir uns alle im Speiseraum und wir stellen unsere Schulen und Organisationen vor. Die Gastronomieschule aus Almeria zeigt einen spannenden Film über die verschiedenen Lehrgänge und Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten. Sie haben uns allen ein blaues T-Shirt mit dem Aufdruck „YosoyErasmus“ geschenkt. Vielen Dank! Danach zeigen wir unseren Laborschule-Film und Iris erzählt ein wenig über den Omse e.V.. Die Marokkaner überraschen und mit einem „Aquasch“, eine traditionelle Tanzperformance. Es dauert keine Minute und 50 Menschen tanzen und klatschen durch den Riad. Wir lernen verschiedene Tanzschritte und laufen in einer Art Polonaise durch den Hof. Wir alle haben strahlende Gesichter und merken schnell die verbindende Wirkung des gemeinsamen Tanzens und Singens. Am Ende des Abend besprechen wir Pädagen den nächsten Tag und stricken einen Organsationsplan für die Workshops. Es wa ein wunderschöner Tag mit vielen neuen Erfahrungen und unvergesslichen Momenten. PREVIOUS DAYS. JESÚS VÁZQUEZ. SPANISH AND ENGLISH. DIA 1 LUNES A las 9:30 nos reunimos en la puerta del instituto Almeraya todos los participantes españoles,De allí cogimos un bus al aeropuerto de Málaga en cual cogimos un vuelo hacia Barcelona y de Barcelona a Marrakech. El avión tuvo una incidencia por la cual se retrasó el vuelo,cuando llegamos nos dimos un paseo y cenamos en un puesto de comida rápida y fuimos a descansar . DIA 2 MARTES Por la mañana visitamos la plaza de Yamaa al fna donde había muchos puestos de venta artesana,espectáculos con serpientes y vendedores ambulantes. Al medio día nos reunimos con los alemanes y fuimos a comer todos juntos a un restaurante,en mesas mixtas para conocernos mejor. Después de comer un guía nos hizo un tour en el que visitamos el palacio de bahía,la Giralda marroquí (como la de Sevilla), la parte moderna y vieja de la ciudad . Después volvimos al hotel a realizar juegos con los alemanes y descansar hasta la cena la cual fue libre y cenamos en puestos callejeros y conocer la gastronomía de allí. Es muy común el uso de muchas especias para evitar enfermedades e intoxicación en los alimentos y estos mismos se cocinan muy bien . DIA 3 MIÉRCOLES Partimos hacia el Atlas, Desierto marroquí. Fueron unas 10 horas de viaje que fueron muy amenas ya que íbamos parando cada poco rato para estirar las piernas y visitar diferentes lugares como una fábrica de especias,como hacen el aceite de argán,en uso culinario y cosméticos, puestos de artesanía e un picnic,en una zona de montaña dentro del atlas en la que había nieve! Los alemanes y españoles empezamos a jugar y a reír. DIA 4 JUEVES Por la mañana fuimos a una escuela de primaria donde nos recibieron los niños bereberes con un baile tradicional con sus instrumentos y un breve aperitivo de pastas y te después de conocer a los marroquíes nos separamos en grupos de 3; un alemán,un español y un marroquí y fuimos a visitar el zoco donde vimos las verduras de la zona la forma de cocinar incluso los propios animales vivos para ser sacrificados. Por la tarde fuimos a ver un río y un oasis bastante precioso en la que vimos huertos como recolectaban dátiles subidos a las palmeras. En la noche nos reunimos e hicimos una presentación de nuestros institutos alemanes y español,de cómo funcionan y que estudiamos después los marroquíes hicieron un espectáculo con tambores panderetas y cantando en lo que todos nos pusimos a bailar y lo pasamos súper bien riendo y bailando. DAY 1 MONDAY At 9:30 we met at the door of the Almeraya Institute all the Spanish participants, from there we took a bus to the airport of Malaga in which we took a flight to Barcelona and from Barcelona to Marrakech. After eating a guide we made a tour in which we visited the bay palace, the Moroccan Giralda (like the one in Seville), the modern and old part of the city. Then we returned to the hotel to play games with the Germans and rest until dinner which was free and we had dinner at street stalls and get to know the gastronomy there.It is very common to use many spices to avoid illnesses and food poisoning and these They cook very well. DAY 3 WEDNESDAY We left for the Atlas, Moroccan Desert. They were about 10 hours of travel that were very enjoyable since we were stopping every so often to stretch our legs and visit different places like a spice factory, as they do argan oil, in culinary use and cosmetics, craft stalls and a picnic, in a mountain area within the atlas where there was snow! The Germans and Spaniards started to play and laugh. DAY 4 THURSDAY In the morning we went to an elementary school where we received the Berber children with a traditional dance with their instruments and a brief appetizer of pasta and you after meeting the Moroccans we separated into groups of 3; a German, a Spaniard and a Moroccan and we went to visit the souk where we saw the vegetables in the area how to cook even the live animals themselves to be slaughtered. In the afternoon we went to see a river and a very beautiful oasis in which we saw orchards as they collected dates uploaded to palm trees. In the evening we met and made a presentation of our German and Spanish institutes, how they work and that we studied later the Moroccans made a show with tambourine drums and singing in what we all started dancing and had a great time laughing and dancing.

DAY 1. RACHID. FRENCH • La date : le 06‑02-2020 • Le lieu :Ecole azaitouna,souk,riad tabhirt • Le sujet :le premier jour de effectivement change culturel Nous avons passés des belles moments; il y en a les participants qui viennent de l’Allemagne, de l’espagnol et nous les marocains. Nous avons accueilli nos amis avec la dance traditionnelle d’Ahwach, des dattes et du lait comme un geste qui signifie l’hospitalité du sud-est marocain. Nous avons fait des groupes de trois participants ; un marocain guide un espagnol et un allemand au souk hebdomadaire d’Agdez pour découvrir la culture des souks marocains et établir de liens de communication entre tous les nationalités. Apres avoir déjeuné, la pluparts des participants sont parti dans l’oasis d’Agdz pour découvrir la palmeraie de la région et la plus long rivière au Maroc, c’est Draa. Avant diner, nous avons projetés quelques films sur les organisations qui fait partie du projet.

تم يوم أمس الخميس الموافق ل 6 فبراير 2020 إفتتاح برنامج التبادل الثقافي للشباب " الألماني . الإسباني . المغربي " ، الهادف إلى التعرف على ثقافة منطقة أكدز و أيضا الإنفتاح على الثقافة الألمانية و الإسبانية، من أجل تبادل ثقافي موسع شامل . تم إستقبال وفد المشاركين الألمان و الإسبان بمدرسة الزيتونة على الساعة العاشرة صباحا ، حيث قدم مدير المؤسسة مداخلة قدم من خلالها نبذة تاريخية عن تاريخ تأسيس المدرسة وعدد الأقسام التي كانت تتوفر عليه و مجموعة من التفاصيل الأخرى. بعدها تم تقسيم المشاركين إلى مجموعات من أجل القيام بجولة إستكشافية للسوق الأسبوعي بأكدز، تم من خلالها التعرف على المنتوجات المحلية ، من أدوات الفلاحة التقليدية و كيفية صناعتها ، بالإضافة إلى بعض أنواع التوابل و الأعشاب المحلية و منتوجات التجميل التقليدية مثل " كحل العينين " سواك بلدي " خاص بالنساء. في المساء تم التوجه نحو الحقول المجاورة بأكدز من أجل إستكشاف واحة درعة الشاسعة و المعروفة بأشجار النخيل الكثيفة . بالإضافة إلى زيارة وادي درعة و أخذ صور تذكارية بجانبه . وبعد العودة من هده الجولة تم عرض فيلمين وثاىقيان يتحدثان عن مدرسة " Omse.eV " بألمانيا و كذلك مدرسة " almaraya " بإسبانيا و تم التعرف على بعض مرافقها و التخصصات التي تدرس بها.

COOKING. DAY 2. ZAHRA EL GUEDDARI. ARABIC يوم 07 فبراير2020 في رياض تبحيرت بدأنا اليوم بتقسيم البرنامج إلى خمسة أنشطة من بينها المطبخ حيث قمنا بكتابة اسمائنا على لائحة الانشطة كل حسب اهتماماته, و كونا مجموعة من المشاركين لتبادل المعلومات حول المطبخ المغربي والإسباني في الفترة الصباحية قمنا بإعداد الكسكس لجميع المشاركين و يعتبر هذا الاخير أشهر الأطباق ببلاد المغرب ويتميز بنكهات متميزة و مختلفة وطيبة، قمنا بشرح مفصل لجميع مراحل اعداد الكسكس بهدف تمكين المشاركين الاروبيين من التقرب من المطبخ المغربي، أما في ما يخص الفترة المسائية فقد قمنا بإعداد طبق إسباني مميز و محبوب لدى الإسبان ومن بين هذه الاطباق (ratatouilleوgrimokhon) قما Cristobal بطريقة تحضير هذا الطبق بمعية المشاركين . و تجذر الاشارة الى ان جميع الاطباق المقدمة نالت اعجاب جميع المشاركين.

GARDEN. DAY 2. LAMIA. FRENCH AND ENGLISH Nous avons commencé notre journée en faisant une liste, dans laquelle nous devons écrire notre nom dans un atelier où nous pouvons passer toute la journée, et nous avons de nombreux ateliers comme le jardinage, la cuisine, le film, la documentation et la céramique et chacune de ces activités est dirigée par un leader. Hier, j'ai choisi de faire partie d'un groupe de jardinage dirigé par Jorg et nous y participons avec des étudiants allemands, espagnols et marocains. Le matin, nous sommes allés à l'école Zaytonna. Abdelbasset et Jorg ont fait leur plan et ils ont expliqués ce que nous allons faire, nous avons commencé à nettoyer l'endroit et éloignés des choses inutiles. Pendant l'après-midi, nous sommes allés à l’auberge Riad Tabhirt pour reposer et déjeuner avant de partir dans les jardins d’Agdz pour couper les roseaux afin de construire un petit toit en roseaux. en suite, nous avons rédigés nos résumes du jour pour nous aider à avoir un rapport personnel à la fin du projet.

GARDEN. DAY 2. PABLO. SPANISH AND ENGLISH. Empezamos el día despertándonos a las 8 de la mañana nos vestimos y preparamos para tener un largo día de convivencia. A las 8:30 comenzamos el desayuno el cuál se retrasó un poco. Después del desayuno continuamos reuniéndonos como cada mañana para planificar el día entre todos. Seguidamente pasamos a formar los grupos, en el cuál comenzó mi actividad en el jardín con Jonatan y varios alemanes y marroquíes. La primera parte de la actividad comenzó en el colegio con la explicación y realización de la lista de materiales para la construcción de una caseta. El segundo paso fue aplanar el terreno y cavar unas zanjas para plantar granadas y romero. Hacía mucha calor y los niños del colegio nos observaban extrañados. Por último en la mañana, regresamos al hotel y comimos un menú realizado por Marroquíes y con la ayuda de varios compañeros españoles. El menú estaba compuesto por una ensalada y couscous ya que los viernes es costumbre comerlo. Ya a la tarde volvimos con la actividad del jardín, pero esta vez nos ubicamos a orillas del río. De camino pudimos ver como extraen el agua de un pozo con la ayuda del motor de un coche. En esta zona pelamos cañas durante toda la tarde para poder hacer el techo de nuestras caseta. Por último regresamos al hotel para cenar y reunirnos como cada noche. La comida de la noche fue un poco especial porque fue cocinada totalmente por nuestros compañeros. También pudimos ver como cada día nos vamos integrando más con los compañeros de las otras dos nacionalidades ya que estuvimos toda la noche hablando y riendo con ellos. After breakfast we continue to meet like every morning to plan the day together. Then we started to form the groups, in which I started my activity in the garden with Jonatan and several Germans and Moroccans. The first part of the activity began in the school with the explanation and realization of the list of materials for the construction of a booth. The second step was to flatten the ground and dig some ditches to plant granates and rosemary. It was very hot and the school children watched us strangely. COOKING. DAY 2. CRISTIÁN R. SPANISH Ayer aprendí junto a Jose María e Isa a cocinar cous-cous, los beréberes son unos expertos en cocina y parecía que no podíamos hacer de comer y de repente nos sacan a un patio, nos llevan a un mercado a comprar la verdura para el cous-cous y nos enseñan a cocinar en una hoguera. Nos pusieron a pelar las verduras para el cous cous mientras los beréberes se pusieron a preparar el cous-cous de una forma muy peculiar, mientras cocinan el cous-cous ellos cantaban unas frases muy pegadizas y nos decían que era para que se hiciera más sabroso. La verdad es que cuando se terminó de hacer le colocamos la verdura y el pollo y lo dejamos cocinar 5 minutos más. Lo colocamos en platos y le añadimos el caldo, tenía una pinta impresionante, ha sido la vez que mejor he comido cous-cous. Los beréberes para mi son unos excelentes cocineros a parte de que son muy hábiles para sacar el trabajo porque no se me habría ocurrido hacer el cous-cous en una hoguera, luego les ayudamos a fregar los platos, vasos, tenedores y les vimos una cara de sorpresa porque no están acostumbrados a que les ayuden y menos a fregar, pero bueno tampoco era para tanto. Por la tarde nos pusimos nosotros a hacer la cena, cocinamos pisto con pollo y huevos fritos, yo me encargué de cocinar el pisto y el pollo. Encendí la hoguera y Jose, Isa y el profesor Cristóbal cortaban la verdura para el pisto y me la iban trayendo para que la fuese cocinando. Cuando ya tenía toda la verdura cortada y cocinada la sacamos del fuego y empezamos a cocinar el pollo. Cuando estaba listo pusimos el pisto en el tagin y los servimos. Luego los demás nos ayudaron a fregar y ya nosotros nos pusimos a cenar. Finalmente recogimos todo y nos fuimos a las habitaciones.

DAY 2. STOP MOTION. CABRERA. SPANISH AND ENGLISH. Me levanté a las 9 de la mañana me encontraba enfermo y decidí seguir tumbado hasta la tarde. Me levanté y me fui a comer ese día comimos cuscús con verduras y de postre fruta. Sobre las 4 de la tarde empecé con el talle de stop motion dirigido por Inés Bermejo, el taller trató de un estilo de cortometrajes realizados con la unión de muchas fotos en forma de un video primero nos dio una explicación de comer realizar nuestro propio vídeo de stop motion nos puso varios ejemplos que tenía en su ordenador. Después de esto comenzamos a realizar la práctica nos separamos en grupos yo estaba con un compañero español y 2 chicos árabes empezamos a pensar una idea para nuestro vídeo surgieron mucha ideas pero la definitiva fue hacer un vídeo en stop motion. Sobre un pez desde que lo dibujamos y coloreábamos hasta que acabamos recortando el pez y dejándolo libre en la fuente para finalizar el vídeo escribimos nuestros nombres en un papel como si fueran los créditos. Después comencé el taller de yoga dirigido por Alberto que no dure mucho realizando el taller por el cansancio que tenía por estar enfermo. Más tarde comenzó la cena que la realizaron nuestros compañeros españoles, (Isa, José María y Cristian R.) la cena contenía una ensalada que era un remojón de patatas para comenzar, seguía con un pisto con pollo y terminaba con el poste que fue una pieza de fruta. Para acabar el día estuvimos sentados en común alemanes ,árabes y españoles conociéndonos. I got up at 9 in the morning I was sick and decided to remain lying until the afternoon. DAY 2. RAPHAELA. THEATER. GERMAN. Am vierten Tag haben wir mit den Workshops begonnen. Nach einem typischen marokkanischen Frühstück mit Brot und Marmelade haben wir das erste Mal einen Morgenkreis gemacht. Dabei haben sich alle Teilnehmer in einen Kreis gestellt und Iris hat uns die Workshops vorgestellt. Dann durften wir uns einschreiben. Es gab Gartenbau, Theater, Töpfern, Kochen, Blog schreiben und Dokumentarfilm. Ich habe mich beim Theaterworkshop eingeschrieben. Zusammen mit fünf Spaniern, drei Marokkaner, Till und Elisa sind wir zur Schule gegangen. Dort haben wir einen Raum für unsere Gruppe bekommen. Wir haben mit Körper- und Stimmlockerungen angefangen. Außerdem haben Namensspiele mit Körperbewegungen kombiniert und somit das Eis gebrochen. Elisa hat uns dann in Theaterübungen angeleitet. Eine Übung war, dass wir im Kreis standen und wenn man den Platz einer anderen Person einnehmen wollte, dann musste man Augenkontakt mit dieser Person aufnehmen aber erst wenn diese geknickt hat, durfte man losgehen. Dies sollte unsere nonverbal Kommunikation fördern. Eine andere Übung diente dazu unseren Blick für die ganze Gruppe zu weiten, damit wir nicht starr vor uns schauen. Bei dieser Aufgabe sind wir mal schneller, mal langsamer durch den Raum gegangen und mussten darauf achten, dass alle stehen bleiben sobald eine Person stoppt. Dies alles passierte ohne Worte. In den zweieinhalb Stunden wurden die Aufgaben anspruchsvoller und immer improvisierte. Kurz vor der Mittagspause haben wir die erste Aufgabe gehabt, wo wir auf die Bühne gingen. Dabei gab es einen Stock und eine Person hat ihn als Gegenstand in einer Szene genutzt. Es wurden Fische gefangen, Zähne geputzt, Pfeile verschossen und gezaubert. 13.00 Uhr war Mittagspause mit spanischem und marokkanischem Essen. Die Zeit war super zum Entspannen aber auch im mit den Spaniern ins Gespräch zu kommen. Da wir immer im Verzug waren, starte die zweite Workshoprunde erst 15.30 Uhr. Wir haben wieder mit Lockerungs- und Aufwachübungen begonnen. Danach haben wir paarweise eine komplette Szene improvisiert. Wir hatten die Vorgabe, dass es an einer Busstation startet und das wir immer "ja" sagen. Ich habe mit einer Marokkanerin gespielt. Dabei hat sie immer Arabisch und ich Englisch gesprochen. Das war sehr interessant aufeinander zu reagieren und gemeinsam zu spielen. Danach haben wir Gruppen nach unseren Sprachen gebildet und mit Karten eine improvisierte Szene gespielt. Mit Elisa und Till habe ich pantomimisch versucht eine Tür zu öffnen. Das hat viel Spaß gemacht. Damit war die Theaterzeit für heute zu Ende. Wir sind 18.00 Uhr zurückgegangen und haben gegessen, entspannt und uns mit Spaniern unterhalten. Dabei versuchten wir Jonatan Deutsch beizubringen. Wir haben viel gelacht und uns gemeinsam beim Sprechen ausgeholfen.

DAY 2. CERAMIC. MILANA. GERMAN. Heute, am vierten Tag, haben wir mit den Workshops gestartet. Nach dem Frühstück haben wir uns in einem Morgenkreis zusammen gefunden und Organisatorisches geklärt sowie die anstehenden Workshops vorgestellt. Danach konnte sich jeder in einem Workshop einschreiben. Zur Auswahl standen ein Gartenbauprojekt, Töpfern, Theater, kochen, Blog schreiben und Dokumentarfilm/stop Motion Film. Mein Wunsch war es, in die Keramikgruppe zu gehen, was dann auch geklappt hat. Wir haben uns in der Gruppe zusammen gefunden und sind zum Töpfer Madani gelaufen. Auf dem Weg sind wir an Ruinen und einem alten Gefängnis vorbei gekommen. Als wir angekommen sind wurde uns die Tonwerkstatt gezeigt. Diese besteht aus vier Lehmwänden und einem halben Dach. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach gehalten. Es gibt ein Bett, wo sich der Töpfer zu der Mittagszeit ausruht, einen kleinen Tisch und einige Hocker. Im Innenbereich waren vereinzelt Erdlöcher, wo Lehm aufbewahrt wird oder mit einer Scheibe getöpfert wird, in dem man diese mit den Füßen bewegt. Zudem gab es zwei große Öfen, wo das getöpferte gebrannt wird. Außerdem gibt es Öfen wo sie typisches marokkanisches Brot gebacken wird. Nach der Führung durch die Werkstatt machten wir uns auf dem Weg zu einem Steinhügel. Dort sammelten wir die großen Steine auf und lockerten die Erde mit Schaufeln. Danach siebten wir den Lehm grob mit unseren Händen und füllten ihn in die Säcke, die der Esel zur Werkstadt brachte. Auch wir gingen zurück in die Werkstatt und siebten den Lehm Vorort mit einem feinen Sieb. Danach wurde in dem entstandenen ”Lehmpulverberg” ein Loch in die Mitte gemacht, wo Wasser hinein gefüllt wurde. Dadurch wurde aus Erde Lehm. Danach besuchte uns die Frau des Törpers und brachte leckeres Gebäck sowie Tee. Gegen 13:15 Uhr waren wir wieder auf dem Weg zu unserer Unterkunft, wo es bald Mittagessen gab. An diesem Tag haben zum ersten Mal die Spanier und Marokkaner zusammen gekocht. Es gab Couscous mit Gemüse und für die nicht Vegetarier Lammfleisch. Nach dem Mittagessen sind wir zurück in die Töpferwerkstatt und haben weiter gearbeitet. Unsere Aufgabe bestand darin, aus der trockenen Erde feuchten Lehm zu machen. Durch die Zugabe von Klopapier entsteht geschmeidiger “paperclag”, der nicht so schnell Risse bekommt. Danach wurde die Masse in Lehmklumpen geformt, welche anschließend auf einem runden Strohteppich gelegt wurden. Jetzt wurde der Lehm mit den Füßen gestampft. Am Ende wurde der fertige Lehm im Plastik gepackt und in ein Erdloch gelegt. Abschließend bin ich mit Iris (Projektleiterin aus Deutschland) und Greta (Schülerin aus Deutschland) zu einer marokkanischen “Babyparty” gegangen. Dort durften Ausschließlich Frauen sein, weshalb der Rest der Gruppe bereits zurück zu unserer Unterkunft gegangen ist. Bei der “Babyparty” wurde viel getanzt gesungen und gelacht. Jede Frau, einschließlich uns, trug ein wunderschönes Gewand zu diesem feierlichen Anlass. Nach einer Stunde sind wir dann wieder zurück gegangen und haben auf dem Weg unserem interessanten und sehr aufregenden Tag besprochen.

DAY 3. FOOD AND FILM. TILL. GERMAN AND ENGLISH. Nach dem Frühstück konnten wir uns wieder in verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen eintragen. Ich war in der Arbeitsgruppe, welche am Vormittag/Mittag das Essen zubereitet hat und danach einen Stop-Motion-Film gedreht hat. Bei der Zubereitung des Mittagessens (Salat, Lamm, Milchreis) haben die deutschen Teilnehmer hauptsächlich Gemüse geschnitten, Salat gezupft und den Reis für den Milchreis vorbereitet. Gekocht haben dann die spanischen Teilnehmer. Das hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, da wir uns gegenseitig die Übersetzungen mancher Wörter (arabisch, spanisch, englisch, deutsch) gesagt haben (wie z.B. Messer). Das Essen war dann auch sehr lecker. Nach dem Mittagessen haben wir einen kleinen Stop-Motion-Film gedreht, bei dem es um zwei Knetbälle ging, die zusammengekommen sind, verschmolzen und anschließend viele kleine Knetbälle daraus wurden. Diese sind dann anschließend wieder zusammengerückt und haben erst einen großen Knetball, und dann einen Menschen geformt, der dann immer weiter auf die Kamera zugegangen ist. Danach haben wir noch unseren Namen aus Knete geformt (für den Abspann). Das hat auch wiederum sehr viel Spaß bereitet, vor allem weil die Kommunikation mit Englisch zwar nicht perfekt war, aber doch relativ gut funktionierte. Der fertige Film kann sich echt sehen lassen. Dann gab es auch schon Abendessen. Danach haben wir noch ein bisschen UNO gespielt und sind dann ins Bett gehuscht. After breakfast we were able to sign again in various working groups. DAY 3. CERAMIC. NANUK. ENGLISH. Today is Saturday after breakfast there was a morning circle in which we discussed all matters. Then we went to a pottery workshop to make information signs for a museum in Timidarte. This was a very interesting experience as the master potter taught us many techniques for working the clay. Today I learned that it takes a lot of time to make workpieces out of clay. After this experience, I would like to work with clay more often because it has a very relaxing eff.

DAY 3. GARDEN. ISA. SPANISH Sábado 8 de febrero de 2020 Hoy hemos desayunado a las 08:30, leche, té, pan con mantequilla y mermelada y unas napolitanas de chocolate muy ricas. Nos hemos reunido en el círculo para planificar el día y apuntarnos en algún taller. Voy a hablar del taller de jardín. Desde el riah salimos con unas cañas cojidas del río el día anterior hasta el jardín de la escuela, allí nos dividimos en dos grupos,cavar hoyos para el soporte del tejado , y cortar y unir las cañas para la sombra. En la puerta del cole había unos niños con los que jugamos a la rayuela, el elástico y dar toques. Volvimos al riah y allí ayudé a mis compañeros de cocina a terminara comida que fue ensalada fresca y guisillo de cordero, comimos fuera al sol y descansamos un rato antes de continuar con el taller de jardinería donde acabamos el tejado y pusimos un pilar con cemento. Volvimos al riah y volví a ayudar con la cena que fue sopa de picadillo y musaka. Al final de la cena bailamos y cantamos con los marroquíes. Descansamos un poco y salimos a dar un paseo nocturno con la luna llena donde vimos parte del pueblo en ruinas, la cárcel y el cementerio. Volvimos y a dormir.

DAY 3. GARDEN. ENCARNA. FRENCH AND SPANISH. Nous avons fait du jardinage, nous avons transporté les roseaux de notre maison à l'école où nous faisons cet atelier, nous avons construit plusieurs fenêtres, murs et plafonds de cannes de bambou, entrelacés les uns avec les autres, les attrapant avec des fils, pour construire une cabine, nous creusons des trous pour mettre les bâtons avec du ciment pour pouvoir construire la cabine. C'était un très bel atelier malgré la chaleur qu'il faisait, nous avons appris à travailler en groupe et à nous comprendre malgré les difficultés de la langue. Nous avons mangé du ragoût d'agneau et de la salade que nos partenaires ont fait et c'était délicieux. L'après-midi nous sommes allés jouer au football sur un terrain en terre battue, nous étions 16 personnes 8 contre 8, mon équipe a gagné 2-1 les vues étaient impressionnantes, nous avions le désert d'un côté, le coucher de soleil de l'autre, la lune de l'autre C'était incroyable, nous avons traversé un vieux cimetière. Et nous sommes revenus pour une douche et un dîner. Le soir après le dîner, de la viande hachée et de la soupe musaka ont également été préparées par nos partenaires et c'était super bon nous sommes allés nous promener avec des lampes de poche, bien qu'ils n'aient pas pris grand-chose car il y avait une lune incroyable, ça avait l'air super bien, nous avons traversé la vieille ville de la ville, jusqu'à ce que nous arrivions en prison, tout était en ruines, très beau, nous sommes rentrés à la maison et nous sommes allés dormir. Ayer hicimos jardinería, trasportamos las cañas desde nuestra casa hasta el colegio que es donde estamos haciendo este taller, construimos varias ventanas, paredes y techos de cañas de bambú, entrelazando unas con otras, pillándolas con alambres, para construir una cabaña, cavamos hoyos para poner los palos con cemento para poder construir la cabaña. Fue un taller muy bonito a pesar del calor que hacia, aprendimos a trabajar en grupo y a entendernos a pesar de las dificultades del idioma. Comimos guisillo de cordero y ensalada que la hicieron nuestros compañeros y estaba buenísimo. Por la tarde fuimos a jugar al fútbol en un campo de tierra, estábamos 16 personas 8 contra 8, gano mi equipo 2-1 las vistas eran impresionantes, teníamos el desierto por un lado, la puesta de sol por otro, la luna por otro, fue alucinante, pasamos por un cementerio antiguo. Y volvimos para ducharnos y cenar. Por la noche después de cenar sopa de picadillo y musaka también la hicieron nuestros compañeros y estaba súper bueno fuimos a dar una vuelta con linternas, aunque no hicieron mucha falta porque había una luna increíble, se veía súper bien, nos metimos por el casco antiguo del pueblo, hasta llegar a la cárcel, estaba todo en ruinas, muy bonito, llegamos a casa y nos fuimos a dormir

DAY 3. GARDEN. FRAN. ENGLISH. 8th, February, 2020 Today, I’ve been to work in the garden in order to help to build the ceiling of the grape vines house we’re doing as a gift. In the morning, we measured the bamboo and cut it the same length. Meanwhile, some of us went to the market to buy some wood logs that will work as pillars for the building and iron string. After that we went for a break to the riad and had lunch. We had a salad and lamb stew. We had some time for us and went back to work. We picked two bamboo and some iron string and we put them together to make a ceiling by crossing and tie them. We made two ceilings. Finally we made some cement and with the wood logs made one pillar. When the night arrived we had dinner, picadillo soup and musakka. To finish the day we went for a walk with a little group to see the ruins and then we went to bed.

DIMANCHE 09FEVRIER 2020 dans le cadre de la puorsuite des activites du projrt d'echange culturel entre les jeunes du maroc -germany-espain le projet tatteint sz quatrieme etape ou chaque jour les participants choisissent l'atelier dans lequel ils aiment travailler oui choisissent lateliet de jardinage avec des amies du maroc/germany/espai au depart nous transportions le materiel de '' canne'' de l'hotel vers ecole primaire '' ezaytouna'' oui ilya des traveux poure prepare le jardin de lecol .au notr arrive nous avons reparti les les taches entre nous mon ami germany ma demande de perpare le melange de ciment dans une otusphere de plousir et d'activite en echangent ensemble des formation sur mateiaux en arabe en germany et apres nous l'avons fait installer des colonnes.

Sonntag, 9. Februar 2020 in Agdz Nach einem entspannten Frühstück und einem aktiven Morgenkreis mit dem Bewegungsspiel „Banane, Orange, Apfel“ starten wir alle in unsere Workshops. Heute sind wir für die Zubereitung des lunch zuständig. Gestern Abend haben wir unseren Speiseplan mit all den Zutaten besprochen und aufgelistet. Wir wollen als Vorspeise einen Salat mit Eiern zubereiten, der Hauptgang ist eine Kartoffelsuppe mit Hackbällchen für die Nicht-Vegetarier und als Nachtisch wird es Griesbrei mit karamellisierten Apfelstücken geben. Die erste Schwierigkeit ist die „Namenfindung“ für Weichweizengries. Verschiedene Übersetzungen werden gefunden und wir hoffen, dass wir das richtige finden. Nachdem wir die Zutaten für 60 Personen hochgerechtnet haben, sprechen wir die Mengenangaben mit Chris, dem spanischen Chefkoch ab. Wir brauchen nicht SO VIEL. Unsere Kochgruppe besteht aus elf Leuten und wir sind froh, dass wir erfahrene Küchenprofos an unserer Seite haben. Mit Panachi fahren wir nun in die „Stadt“ um die Sachen zu besorgen und nachdem wir in unzählige Säcke gschaut haben, fahren wir tatsächlich mit Weichweizengries zurück zum Riad. Hier wurde schon fleißig Kartoffeln geschält, Karotten, Rettisch und Zwiebeln geschnitten. Los gehts. Zusammen mit Christopher bin ich für die Hackbällchen zuständig. Wir suchen Gewürze, schneiden Zwiebeln und Knoblauch, holen Rosmarin aus dem Garten und „kneten“ sieben Kilogramm Rinderhack. Von der Masse bin ich beeindruckt. Die beiden Pfannen zum Braten sind jedoch eher von einem kleinen Format. Wir braten nach und nach 300 kleine Hackbällchen und kochen nebenbei den Griesbrei. Wo ist der Zimt? Fragen, fragen und nochmal fragen und dann wir es irgendjemand schon wissen. Es ist beeidnruckend, wie viel man kommuniziert und wie viel Möglichkeiten bestehen um sich zu verständigen. Oft sind es nicht die Worte, sondern die Gesten und das Zeigen, von dem was man will. Und noch schöner ist es, das es funktioniert – auch wenn man nicht die gleiche Sprache spricht. Die Zutaten für die Kartoffelsuppe ist nun in liebevoller Handarbeit zurecht geschnitten und in einem gigantischen Topf gelandet. Gekocht wird im freien auf einem kleinen Feuer. Dazu schiebt man von Zeit zu Zeit den Ast nach um das Feuer am Laufen zu halten. Auch wird fleißig gerührt und es ist schon spannend wie viel Salz und Gewürze für den richtigen Geschmack bei solchen Mengen nötig ist. Nach tausenden Handgriffen und vier Stunden „Kochstudio“ haben wir es vollbracht und die anderen haben Hunger. Es wird der Tisch gedeckt, der Salat serviert und die Kartoffelsuppe ausgeteilt. Die Hackbällchen stehen in einer Schüssel auf jeden Tisch. Somit ist es erstmals möglich, das wir auch in „gemischten“ Gruppen essen können. Bisher wurden die elf Vegetarier immer an zwei Tischen separiert und es sind nur Deutsche! Weder Spanier, noch Marokkaner verzichten auf Fleisch. Endlich. Die Schlange am Griesbreitopf lichtet sich und jetzt, da alle anderen versorgt sind, setzen wir Köche uns an einem Tisch. Lautes Klatschen, erschöpftes Lächeln… wir haben es geschafft!Glücklich und hungrig essen wir nun auch. Wir sind stolz auf unsere Teamarbeit und vor allem darauf, dass wir so viel Lob für unsere Mahlzeiten bekommen haben. Am liebsten würde ich mich jetzt einfach in die Sonne setzen und nichts tun. Aber der Aufwasch macht sich nicht von allein. Zum Glück funktioniert unsere „Waschstraße“, wo jeder sein eigenes Geschirr abwäscht mittlerweile, wie von allein. Doch jeder weiß, wie eine Küche nach dem Kochen aussieht… zumindest bei mir. Töpfe, Schüsseln, Pfannen, Tajin-Schüsseln und Küchenbesteck müssen nun zum Glänzen gebracht werden. Und auch das schaffen wir gemeinsam. Wenige Minuten später sehe ich Elise, Lilli und Christopher schlafend auf der Bank. Was für ein Anblick. Gern würde ich mich einfach dazu legen, jedoch geht es sofort weiter mit dem Film-Workshop mit Ines. Schnell erklärt sie uns die Handhabung der Stop-Motion-App, zeigt und witzige Filmbeispiele und dann machen wir selbst einen kurzen Film. Ich bin zusammmen mit Zaynab und Rachid. Er hat schnell eine Idee und diese versuchen wir gemeinsam umzusetzen. Auch hier ist viel Fantasie in der Kommunikation gefragt, denn Englisch hilft uns nicht weiter. Nach einer Stunde ist uns Film „Transformers“ fertig. Wir strahlen und freuen uns. Das Filmchen landet gleich ins unserer Whatsapp-Gruppe. Nach einer kurzen Pause erwartet uns eine Überraschung. Die Marokkaner haben ein kleines Theaterstück samt anschließenden Ahouach vorgeführt. Am Ende haben wir alle zusammen in Reihen und Kreisen zusammen getanzt und geklatscht. DAY 3. Hind HIYANI. COOKING. ENGLISH At the begining of the third day we had the morning cercle that we organise everyday morning to know what activities we have to do during the day for me, I chose to be in the cooking workshoop in which spanish participants were in charge to prepare lunch under the supervison of the Cook "Chris" and a group of participants from Morocco and Germany. we prepared a dish called "Land stew" with "Salad" and "Dessert". I really liked cooking beside the German and Spanish participants because we had the opportunity to learn about the spanish kitchen and we had the chance also to discuss further topics. The dish is admired by all the participants. After lunch break the cooking workshop participants had to switch to another workshop. It is the Film workshop and is leaded by "INas" who gave us some technique in photography and how to record and develop videos with detailed explanations of the technique. then she introduced us to an application called "Stop Motion Studio" on which each group has to chose an idea to try. it,really, was very cool.

ARABIC. 08_02_2020 اكدز _زاكورة_المغرب السيراميك كورشة اساسية في المشروع السبت الثاني من فبراير وثالث ايام مشروع التبادل حيث اتجهنا بثلاثة عشر مشاركا الى ورشة السيراميك عند السيد المداني برفقة السيدة المحترمة اريس. حيث قمنا بتعداد بعض المراحل التي يمر منها الفخار ليصل الينا، من غربلة وعجن يبتغي القوة والصلابة ، وكان الاساس من هذا هو ان نجرب شتى مراحل هذا الموروث الثمين الذي تزخر به بلدان العالم عامة والمغرب خاصة ليكون لي الشرف بان حضرت هذه الورشة الفنية. فرصة سعيدة بالنسبة لي.

After the morning cercle we organise everyday to announce the program of the day, we have to choose which workshop we like to take part in. i decided to be among 13 participants in the ceramic workshop. It is my first time to visit a potery workshop and my first time to try it too. In this workshop we got to know how to prepare the clay,and the type of the soil we need for it. Thanks to this project,I got the chance to find out how important and how hard and clever is this handcraft thanks to the project. I also was convinced that this is a valuble treasure we should keep and develop. under the supervision of Mrs Iris and Mr Madani i know how patient a potery professional should be to make beautiful and useful piece of art.

DAY 5. GARDEN. ROSENDO. SPANISH AND ENGLISH. Comenzamos el día levantándonos a las 8:30 como siempre, nos fuimos a desayunar y después hicimos el círculo diario pero esta vez hubo un juego bastante chulo que consistía en mover las manos y hacer gestos para socializar con todos más que nada, una vez terminada la reunión decidimos donde estaríamos, por mi parte escogí garden y allí aprendimos muchas cosas, como por ejemplo a crear techos y paredes a base de cañas, a recoger tierra y piedras con picos y palas, a bridar dichas paredes hechas de cañas ... Llegaron la 1 y nos fuimos a comer, nos pusieron salmorejo buenísimo y patatas a lo pobre exquisitas, y ya por la tarde terminamos de hacer parte de la cabaña, una vez terminado el trabajo fuimos a comprar a una tienda, cenamos tabule y carne en salsa buenísimas y de postre paparajotes increíbles, la verdad es que fue un día lleno de cosas nuevas con gente nueva y bastante entretenido la verdad. DAY 3. THEATER. RAPHAELA. GERMAN. Ich habe mich am dritten Tag der Workshops wieder beim Theater eingeschrieben. Zusammen sind wir als erstes zum Fluss gegangen. Dort haben wir zusammen ein paar kleine Übungen zum Entspannen und Meditieren gemacht. Danach sind wir wieder zur Schule gegangen. Dort haben wir mit Körper- und Stimmlockerungen weitergemacht. Außerdem haben Namensspiele mit Körperbewegungen kombiniert und somit das Eis zwischen uns gebrochen. Elisa hat uns dann in Theaterübungen angeleitet. Eine Übung war, dass wir im Kreis standen und wenn man den Platz einer anderen Person einnehmen wollte, dann musste man Augenkontakt mit dieser Person aufnehmen aber erst wenn diese geknickt hat, durfte man losgehen. Dies sollte unsere nonverbal Kommunikation fördern. In den zweieinhalb Stunden wurden die Aufgaben anspruchsvoller und immer improvisierter. Aber wir hatten auch eine Aufgabe zum Arbeiten mit Rhythmus und Körpergefühl. Später hatten wir eine Aufgabe gehabt, wo wir auf die Bühne gingen. Dabei gab es einen Stock und eine Person hat ihn als Gegenstand in einer Szene genutzt. Es wurde gefochten, im Quidditch gegeneinander gekämpft und ein gemeinsamer Regenspaziergang unternommen. Danach haben wir paarweise eine komplette Szene improvisiert. Wir hatten die Vorgabe, dass es an einer Busstation startet und das wir immer "ja" sagen. Das war sehr interessant aufeinander zu reagieren und gemeinsam zu spielen. Außerdem war es auch spannend zu sehen wie bei diesem Mal viel mehr auf Mimik und Gestik geachtet wurde. Danach haben wir Paare gebildet und mit Karten eine improvisierte Szene gespielt. Nele und ich haben zwei Menschen gespielt die sich gegenseitig heimlich die Süßigkeiten klauen. Es gab aber auch eine mit einem Wolf und einem Forscher die sich begegneten und eine Szene die zeigte wie absurd Sklaverei ist. Damit endete die Theaterzeit. Ich habe sie als sehr wertvoll empfunden. Die Gruppe hat sich wieder besser kennengelernt und wir konnten unskreativ austoben.

DAY 3. THEATER. RAPHAELA. ENGLISH At the third day of workshops I chose theater again. We started the workshop with mediation at the river. After that we went back to the school and started again with games too learn our names. After that we did some body and voice exercises. Following we danced together with sticks between our fingers. We used to did that to learn more about rhythm and body movement. After that we learned how to improvise. Therefore we used a stick to symbolize random objects. For example we had a quidditch match , a walk in the rain and two people who fence against each other. After the lunch break we improvised again a complete scene at a bus station. This time it was very interesting to saw how different the scenes was. All the scenes were more focused at the dealails of interacting with facial expressions gestures. The next level of improvise was to do a scene in pairs. This scene based at picture. Therefore we saw kids who steal their sweets, a wolf who meat an explorer and three persons who symbolize how absurd slavery is. For me the workshop helped me to work with my body and be creative. It also was a good chance to learn more about the group members. All in all we had a great time together.

DAY 5. COOKING. CHRISTIAN CÁCERES. ENGLISH, FRENCH AND SPANISH. El octavo dia de esta maravillosa experiencia. Hoy es nuestra última noche en Agdz y soy uno de los encargargados de la comida y cena. ¡Menuda responsabilidad!. Siento como que se cierra un capitulo con nuestra salida, se ha forjado un fuerte vínculo con muchas personas del grupo, en especial con las cocineras y las personas del Riad y dejarlos atras me entristece mucho, pero tenemos que ir a Timidarte. Nos fuimos a desayunar por la mañana con energía porque íbamos a tener un día duro de trabajo por delante, después de desayunar nos reunimos todos en el patio en círculo como todas las mañanas para comentar los puntos del día y para que Iris e Ismail nos dieran algunos tips necesarios para afrontar la jornada. Una vez finalizado nos reunimos los encargados de la cocina para decidir el listado de ingredientes y completar la lista para ir a comprar al mercado. Yo soy el encargado de que la compra se realice de manera correcta. Inés viene con nosotros para documentar la compra. Cuando estamos listos y hemos cogido todo, vamos con Said en esas motos tan chulas con 3 ruedas y cajón detrás que tanto me gusta ver por la calle. Para ir a comprar vamos Cabra, Jesús, Nanuk y Till. Primero nos paramos en la frutería y verdulería para comprar todo lo necesario para hacer todos los platos. En aquel momento a saber: patatas a lo pobre, huevos estrellados, pollo frito, salmorejo, tabulé, terrina de cordero, de postre fruta y por la noche “paparajotes”, aunque aún no sabíamos si lo íbamos a hacer, si no que fue una ocurrencia de Cristóbal que rápidamente fue mas que aceptada por mí y por el grupo. Al salir de la frutería fuimos calle arriba hacia un puesto de carne en la plaza, allí nos pusieron carne de ternera pero la terrina era de cordero, así que tras discutirlo con Said un buen rato aceptó comprar también oveja y mezclarlo todo para que el sabor fuera similar al cordero (¡Gracias a Said! No saben lo pesado que puede ser un cocinero cuando quiere algo). Después fuimos a por los pollos, fue muy graciosa la reacción de los alemanes con la especie de lavadora para desplumarlos. Seguidamente estuvimos en una pequeña tienda para comprar el cous cous, vinagre y el aceite del cual no había en la tienda y como no podía ser menos fueron a buscarlo sabe Dios donde para que no nos faltara de nada como parece que es costumbre aquí en Marruecos. De allí fuimos de vuelta al Riad haciendo una parada para dejar a Inés que iba al colegio a grabar. Cuando llegamos al Riad nos pusimos manos a la obra para cocinar el almuerzo y preparar la larga cena que habría por la noche, en esto colaboraron todo el mundo que estaba por aquí, incluido Abdel e Ismail que aprendieron algunas técnicas de corte con el cuchillo (ya son ninjas españoles). La comida salió muy bien, la gente disfrutó del salmorejo fresquito que preparó Cristóbal y de unas patatas a lo pobre con huevos que hicieron traer a la memoria de la gente, ¡Andalucía! Tras un rato de descanso después de comer la gente comenzó a irse a sus talleres y nosotros a retomar la cocina para dar un banquete a nuestros amigos alemanes y marroquíes, no sin antes haber planeado con Simon ir al hamman después de la cena para celebrar que ha salido bien todo ¡Inchaâ Lah! Fue un rato intenso porque sientes la responsabilidad de hacer algo que refleje minimamente el respeto y cariño que has recibido de todas las personas con las que has convivido. Todos ellos entraban constantemente en la cocina para preguntar, hablar y probar todo lo que allí se hacía, porque les generabas mucha curiosidad ver como cocinábamos esos platos algo más elaborados los andaluces. Ya son las 19:00 es el momento de dar los últimos detalles a los platos de la cena. Todo el mundo friendo paparajotes, desmigando carne, espesando salsas, aliñando platos, etc. Para que el servicio como hacemos en España salga perfecto, y aunque nunca se consigue que todo sea como uno quiere, esta cena fue mágica. Todo el mundo nos felicitó, los camareros que ayudaron durante todo el proceso de la cocina (Jesús, Jose Luis, Ángel y Jhonatan) nos iban contando las sensaciones de los comensales en el salón. Y las reacciones fueron increíbles, la gente amó todos y cada uno de los platos que servimos, nos felicitaron y nos dieron una ovación al entrar al salón que me tocó el alma en ese instante y que aún me emociona cada vez que me viene a la memoria. Es verdad que el resultado no podía ser menos cuando uno cocina para amigos y poniendo todo su corazón en ello. ¡Gracias a todos! Después de esto, como el descanso del guerrero, nos tomamos un merecido descanso y relajación en el hamman al que fuimos con Simon y el resto de compañeros alemanes y marroquíes, ¡Menuda relajación después de tanto trabajo!

DAY 8. COOKING. JESÚS M. El día de ayer fue una experiencia difícil para mí, me tocaba cocinar e ir a comprar los alimentos necesarios para hacer la comida y la cena. Cuando nos subimos en el vehículo que nos llevaba a la compra todo era risa y buen ambiente. Yo no entiendo mucho de cocina y me encontraba nervioso pero he de decir que a la gente les gustó mucho nuestros platos. Quería colaborar en todo lo que pudiera pero tenía un cierto respeto de no querer hacer algo mal y echar todo por la borda. Mis compañeros me ayudaron mucho y me explicaron todo muy bien, estuvieron en todo momento conmigo y yo con ellos, he de decir que hicimos un gran equipo y gracias a eso salió todo de maravilla. Me dieron a probar una salsa y fue algo increíble porque mi paladar no lo reconocía y fue un poco pero pero a la vez increíble. De primero le pusimos un salmorejo y de segundo patatas a lo pobre con huevos estrellados y con un poco de pollo y de postre mandarina y manzana. Después participé en el taller de Inés y fue como volver a la infancia, hicimos un vídeo intentando que nos capturara el móvil volando por el aire saltando en un colchón, fue como quitarme 15 años y volver a mí niñez. Luego fui a cerámica con Jose Luis y Cabra y de camino nos reíamos recordando está experiencia maravillosa y nos quedábamos sorprendidos de las ruinas que estaban alrededor nuestra. Cuando llegamos al taller me sorprendió como sin utilizar ninguna máquina el maestro de la arcilla era capaz de hacer auténticas obras de arte y me puse a pensar que todo el trabajo que tiene para realizar alguna obra y que no se valora nada de eso cuando vamos a comprar algo y le regateamos para sacárselo más barato, llegué incluso a sentirme mal. El maestro nos dejó que hacer lo que quisiéramos con arcilla e hice dos pequeñas placas. Cuando volvíamos para el hotel en vez de volver por el camino que sabíamos que era el seguro, cogimos y nos metimos por otro camino diferente y nos dejamos llevar por una nueva aventura sin saber si íbamos bien o mal pero nuestra intuición nos guió y llegamos al hotel viendo otra parte diferente. Llegué y me puse a ayudar a los cocineros a preparar la comida y cuando entré en la cocina me vino un olor delicioso. Nos pusimos a hacer un postre que nunca habían hecho y nos salió de maravilla. Luego se me ocurrió la idea de sentar a la gente de 6 en 6 y mezclada para que estuvieran todas las nacionalidades separadas y Jose Luis se le ocurrió la idea de arreglarnos y de darle el servicio. Montamos las mesas con sus cubiertos, platos, y vasos, y tuvimos el detalle de ponerle una vela encendida para darle un toque más bonito y de ambiente. La gente se quedó asombrada y no sabía lo que estaba pasando y cuando les servimos los platos se quedaron asombrados y encantados porque estaban buenísimos. Nos llamaron y nos hicieron entrar al comedor y nos ovacionaron, fue un momento de gloria y de satisfacción por todo el trabajo realizado, una gran recompensa para mí. Después de cenar nos llevaron a un baño árabe y fue algo espectacular. De camino al baño árabe pudimos apreciar la luna encima de la montaña del Valle del Dra y fue una auténtica pasada que por muchas fotos que se le hiciera no se aprecia a como se veía, siempre estará esa imagen en mi mente. El cielo estaba estrellado y era una pasada poder pasear por las calles de aquí disfrutando de esas preciosas vistas. Cuando llegábamos nos cambiamos y nos pusimos el pantalón para entrar a la sauna. Al principio me encontré agobiado de tanta calor pero luego me fui relajando y disfrutando y me lo pasé increíblemente bien. Nos dieron unos masajes para descansar los músculos de las piernas, brazos y de la espalda, necesitaba algo así urgente porque me dolían las cervicales y el cuello. El baño de agua caliente y de agua fría me sentó de maravilla y me relajó muchísimo, fue una experiencia increíble. También nos pasaron con unos guantes por todo el cuerpo para quitarnos la piel muerta y fue algo nuevo para mí dónde sentía una relajación y sensación de estar a tope de energía. Me lo pasé genial con todos los que fuimos y disfrute muchísimo, parecía un niño pequeño y me recordó a cuando era pequeño e iba en la playa donde siempre estaba metido en el agua. Después de ese baño tan gratificante nos cambiamos y nos fuimos para el hotel a descansar.

DAY 6. GARDEN, VISITING A KASBHA AND ARRIVAL TO TIMIDARTE. PAUL AND BRUNO. ENGLISH AND GERMAN. Heute sind wir wie jeden Morgen nach dem Aufstehen und der taeglichen Fruehstueck- und Morgenkreisroutine in den Schulgarten gelaufen und haben Pflanzen, die mit einem Triporter von der Riad Tabhirte zum Garten gebracht wurden und Rosmarin, den wir im Garten abgeschnitten hatten eingepflanzt. Heute wurden die Gruppen Theater, Film, und Kochen aufgrund eines organisatorischen Misverstaendnisses mit in den Garten geordert um zu helfen, was so viele Helfer waren dass wir frueher fertig waren und so die Zeit hatten noch einen Blick auf die Kasbah in der die Teilnehmer des letzten Projektes gewohnt hatten zu werfen und die nebenan stehende 250 jahre alte Kasbah von innen zu besichtigen. Die Kasbah gehoerte einst der Familie “Ait el Caid” die vom Sultan als Verwalter der Laendereien und als Kontroloere der Karavanenenstrasse eingesetzt wurden. Die Kasba in der die Teilmehmer des letzten Projetes gewohnt hatten wurde spaeter als Gaestehaus und fuer die immer weiter wachsende Familie “Ait el Caid” gebaut. Als die Mittagszeit heran nahte, liefen wir zurueck in die Riad Tabhirte und warteten auf das Essen . Weil wir schon am Zusammenpacken waren, haben die marokkanischen Frauen fuer uns gekocht. Danch haben wir uns fuer den Aufbruch nach Timidarte gewappnent. Unser grosses Gepaeck wurde mit Triportern transprotiert und wir fuhren mit dem Taxi. (Der Fahrstil unserer Fahrer lies uns vermuten das sie alle grosse “Vin Dissel”-Fans sind.) Nach der Ankunft in Timidarte gab es erst einmal ein wenig Zeit, um die Kasba zu erkunden und die Zimmer zu finden. Am Nachmittag fanden wir uns alle zusammen um die bereits vergangene Zeit zu reflektieren. In ca. 12er Gruppen haben wir uns die Fragen “Welche Erwartungen hatten wir vor dem Projekt?”, “Wie fanden wir die erste Woche?-Was haben wir bisher gelernt?” und “Was erwarten wir von der zweiten Woche?” gestellt. In mehreren Gruppen wurde zum Beispiel angesprochen, dass es das Beduerfnis nach mehr Zeit fuer Erholung, Austauch und Abenteuer geben soll. Danach wurden wir noch von den marokkanischen Frauen der Kasbah Timidarte bekocht. Es gab eine sehr wuerzige Gemuesesuppe und Tajine mit Huenchen und fuer die Vegetarier ohne Huenchen. Anschliessend hatten wir noch einen schoenen Abend. Allerdings wurde uns mit dem Ziel unsere Erholung zu maximiren eine Bettruhe auferlegt. Today, like everyday, after breakfast we went to the school garden taking plants to it and planting them into the earth. We finished earlier because we were a lot of people out there, including the workshops theatre, film and cooking, After that we visited a 250 year old kasbah next to the kasbah where the participans from the last time have slept. Later, we went back to our accomodation and waited for the lunch. Next, we drove through the desert to Timidarte. After arriving there, we explored the kasbah and our rooms. In the late evening we reflected in groups of 12 people our last week. We had to answer 3 questions: Which expectations did we have before the project?, How was the first week? and What are we expecting from the next week? All in one we wanted to have more free time for relaxing and discovering the new country. Later, we’ve got food from the maroccan women which included vegetable soup, tajine and chicken.

DAY 7. COOKING. FRAN. SPANISH. Hoy el día empezó nublado como si el mundo nos quisiera decir algo tras la primera noche en este hostel. Por la mañana a las 08.30h nos despertamos para desayunar el delicisoso desayuno que nos ofrecieron y fuimos al circulo sobre las 09.30h. Cuando estábamos a punto de empezar una compañera recibió un mensaje que nos hizo restrasar todas las actividades. Esto nos dejo un poco desanimados a todos pero no nos impidio continuar con este maravilloso proyecto. Tras informarnos de las novedades en el circulo de la mañana nos repartimos y fuimos a nuestros talleres, a mi me tocó encargarme de la comida al mediodía. Ese dia hubo escalibada como primero y gurullos como plato principal, de postre se hicieron natillas. El grupo con el que trabajé se esforzó mucho y me dieron un apoyo increible. El pedido llegó tarde debido a malentendidos al realizar la compra ajenos a nosotros por lo que se retrasaron las actividades una hora hasta las 16.00h. En el taller de film realizaron el taller usual excepto Rosendo y yo que vimos ejemplos de stop motion para mejorar nuestros proyectos. A las 19.00h jugamos juegos tradicionales españoles mientras el grupo de alemanes cocinaban la cena de espaguetis. Tras cenar estuvimos tomando en fresco y fuimos a dormir.

DAY 5. FÁTIMA. CERAMIC AND COOK. ARABIC. 0/02/2020 متطوعون بلا حدود Eramsus في اليوم الخامس من برنامج التبادل الثقافي (10/020/2020) انطلقنا الى ورشة الفخار رفقة القائدة iris و 6 مشاركين من كلتا الجنسيتن....استقبلنا المعلم المذاني في ورشته الرائعة قدم لنا معلومات قيمة تحمل في طياتها العديد من الفوائد وحب الابداع ..و فضولا منا قدم لنا المعلم حفنة من الثراب قمنا بعجنها ودلكها وتجهيزها لصنع الاواني الفخارية ..استفدنا كثيرا من معلومات المداني ..ثم اخدنا قسطا من الراحة بجلسة شاي وخبز ساخن ..و استمعنا الى تاريخ المعلم المداني مع الفخار وورشته وحبه لمهنته . عدنا الى الرياض لتناول وجبة الغذاء ..بضيافة المطبخ الاسباني من طرف الشاف كريستوبال و فريقة ..اكتشفنا اطباقا جديدة ..و مذاقا جديدا ..ورائعا ومميزا..اخذنا استراحة بعد الغذاء لكتابة تقريرنا اليومي ..لنتوجه الى المطبخ رفقة الشاف وفريقه لاعداد وجبة العشاء واكتشاف مكونات وكيفية تجهيز الماكولات الاسبانية ..وعلى الساعة 7 مساء عادت كل الفرق الى الرياض حيث جهزنا مائدة العشاء واستمتعنا بالاطباق الاسبانية .. وختاما اشكر جزيلا لكل المتطوعين و المشاركين وكذلك الشاف الذي لم يبخل علينا بوصفاته اللذيذة والرائعة .. و جميع من ساهم من قريب او من بعيد لإنجاح هذا المشروع.

DAY 4. GARDEN. ANGEL. SPANISH AND ENGLISH. Tras el desayuno, me apunté a jardín, donde fuimos el grupo al colegio por la mañana estuvimos terminando los agujeros para los palos de la caseta. Tras el almuerzo continuamos poniendo cemento para los palos y haciendo el tejado con cañas, el cual pusimos al final de la jornada. Después jugué al futbol con niños de la escuela y participantes del proyecto. Al regreso tuvimos una representación de una boda de la zona, la cual dura 7 días. Ya por la noche salimos 4 personas a andar por la naturaleza y las ruinas de la ciudad antigua. DAY 6. GARDEN, VISITING A KASBHA, ARRIVAL TO TIIMIDARTE, REFLEXIONS GRUOPS. ANGEL. SPANISH AND ENGLISH. Tras el desayuno, me uní al grupo de jardin ya que era el último día en Agdz, y necesitaban más gente para terminarlo. Allí estuvimos plantando plantas y enterrando un hoyo. Al finalizar hicimos una excursión a la primera Kazbah de Agdz, desde la cual tenían visión de todo el valle y podían controlar posibles ataques y controlar las rutas de caravanas, a las cuales les cobraban tasas por cruzar el valle. Por la tarde fuimos en taxi a Timidarte, donde estamos actualmente y entramos en nuestros cuartos. Tras ello estuvimos paseando por el pueblo y después tuvimos una reunión para que nos explicaran que haremos durante el resto de días aquí. Later to end the garden we went an excursion at the first Kazbah of Agdz, it has a tower to see 360 degrees the valley of Agdz to have control of possible attacks and have control of the convoys, their needed to pay taxes to continue the way on the valley. At the afternoon, we went in taxi to Timidarte, where we are now and we was showing our rooms. After of it we was walking on the village and later we had a reunion where the organizers was explaining us what we will do during the part of the project here.

DAY 7. NELE. COOKING AND FILM. GERMAN. In der Kuechengruppe haben wir unter der Leitung von Fran und Cristo Escalibada, Gurullos und Vanillecreme gemacht. Mit echten Profis zu arbeiten ist immer wieder eine wahre Freude. Vor allem wenn man Gerichte kocht, die man nicht kennt und neue Techniken und Zubereitungsweisen diverser Nahrungsmittel kennenlernt. Besonders begeistert waren wir Deutschen von der Vanillecreme. Die Zutaten aehneln denen von Eierlikoer, die Konsistenz eines etwas fluessigerem Mousse au Chocolat. Verfeinert mit Orangen- und Zitronenschalenaroma ausserordentlich delicioso. Wenn dann noch Einzelne Personen in die Kueche kommen, um sich fuer das leckere Essen zu bedanken, macht es noch viel mehr Spass. Dann ist es auch nicht weiter schlimm als letztes Platz zu nehmen und zu geniessen. Als Kochteam hat man ebenfalls das Privileg einige Extras zu probieren und die Toepfe mit Brot "sauberzumachen". Nachmittags haben wir in der Filmgruppe einen Stop-Motion-Film gemacht. Als internationales Team haben wir eine Familie aus Knete enstehen lassen. Sprachlich war es kein Problem und es war sehr witzig Bild fuer Bild eine Geschichte zu entwickeln. Beim umstellen der Knetfiguren kommen immer wieder neue Ideen, um die Erzaehlung zu komplettieren. Am Ende war der Ablauf mit ein wenig Vorstellungskraft beinahe fliessend ;)

Yesterday in the morning , the directeur of the school in Timidarte greeted Germans , Spanish and Moroccan participants . and he also introduce the the members their in the school , He also invite us for a cup of tea . After that , Jork make a visit for some trees thet he plant a few years ago with us , and then we go to the place where we have to put some pillars and before that all of us try to grave a small pothole to put the pillars . We divided the work between us because the most important in the project is to work with each other and to work hard , after the time that we have in the workshop , so the participants went to Kasbat to have lunch . In the evening, the participants from German , Spain and Morocco come back to gardening in the school of Timidarte to finish the work .

DAY 8. TOUR IN TIMIDARTE. ANDREA. SPANISH AND ENGLISH Comienzo del segundo día en Timidarte, desayuno típico por la mañana. Durante el trascurso de la mañana fuimos desarrollando cada uno algunas de las actividades propuestas en el <Workshop>. Comida al medio día a cargo del grupo marroquí, en el que pudimos degustar unas ricas lentejas. Después de comer partimos hacia una casa local, en la que un integrante del grupo marroquí nos abrió las puertas de su casa para enseñárnosla, invitación a té. Después proseguimos hasta la parte antigua de la ciudad donde nos estuvieron mostrando la medina que en su día fue el punto mas importante de la ciudad, el arco donde se ejercían las aduanas para salir y entrar pagar los aranceles, subimos a lo alto del la mezquita en grupos de 3 para no forzar los cimientos de la antigua mezquita, también estuvimos viendo la zona de aguas donde se encontraban los hammanes y las duchas. Por la noche el grupo español preparo una cena internacional con hamburguesas de ternera y falafel, después de la cena, todos los participantes del proyecto salieron a la calle a bailar canciones típicas españolas, hicimos una auténtica discoteca improvisada. DAY 9. WALKING DAY. ISA. SPANISH AND ENGLISH. Ayer nos levantamos y desayunamos como cada día a las 8:30 a.m. y nos preparamos para irnos de excursión con un picnic de pan, tomate, zanahoria, quesitos… Nos pusimos en marcha hacia el palmeral donde nos explicaron el tipo de cultivo de plantas aromáticas, verduras y arboles frutales que usan. Continuamos caminando y llegamos al rio donde había un embalse, lo cruzamos hasta llegar a un camino asfaltado donde nos dividimos en dos grupos uno para el camino corto que visitaba un pueblo cercano, la escuela y donde se refrescaron en una cascada muy bonita que caía entre palmeras el agua. El otro grupo escaló la montaña hasta llegar a una cueva con unas vistas impresionantes, fue un camino duro, elevado y emocionante. A la vuelta descansamos hasta la hora de la cena, en la cena prepararon algo especial por ser el día de San Valentin, en la terraza eligiendo al azar el sitio para sentarse. Prepararon ensalada, pasta con pollo y queso y fruta de postre, una velada muy bonita y relajante con velas y música. Yesterday we got up and had breakfast like every day at 8:30 a.m. and we prepare to go on an excursion with a picnic of bread, tomato, carrot, cheese ... DAY 8 AND DAY 9. ALEX. GERMAN. Am Vormittag habe ich angefangen kaputte Stuehle auseinander zu Bauen um sie spaeter reparieren. Dafuer sind wir dann auch vor dem Mittagessen nochmal nach Agdez gefahren um neue Materialienzu holen. Am Nachmittag war ich in der Gartengruppe. Dort haben wir die Loecher fuer die Pfeiler der Konstruktion fertig gemacht und die ersten Bambus stiele gesaubert. Um 17:00 haben wir uns alle an der Kaspe etroffen und sind zu einer Tour durch das Dorf aufgebrochen. Als erstes haben wir uns das Haus von Ismael angeschaut. Es bestand aus einem Kochplatz, einem Platz fuer die Tiere, zwei Raeumen fuer Arbeiten wie Linsen sotieren, einem Stauraum und einem Schlafraum. Der Urgrosvater hatte dieses Haus gebaut. Dnach sind wir noch in die Alte Stadt gegangen. Vor dem Eingang zur alten Stadt gibt es einen Platz wo Feste wie die Hochzeit gefeiert wurden. Der Eingang wurde frueher con einem Torwaechter bewacht der eine Liste fuehrte wer ein und aus ging. Hinter dem Tor gab es einen Gang an dessen Seiten es Plaetze fuer Haendler gab. Wenn ein Haendler in der Stadt etwas verkaufen wollte, durfte er nicht in die Strassen der Stadt sondern musste seine Wahren in diesen, dafuer vorgesehenen, Plaetze im Gang zur schau stellen. Das diente der sicherheit der Frauen in der Satdt, da die Maenner Tagsueber in der Palmerie Arbeiteten. Wenn man diesen Gang passiert hatte kam man auf einen weiteren Platz. Auf diesem Platz verabschiedeten sich die die sich nach Mekka aufmachten. Danach waren wir noch in der alten Moschee. Die Einwohner von Timidarte haben schon begonnen die alte Stadt zu repearieren aber es ist trozdem noch alles ganz schoen kaputt. Als erstes kamen wir in den grossen Gebetsraum. Die Decke des Raumes stuetzten mehrere grosse Saeulen, welche alle ganz schoen mitgenommen aussahen. Von dort aus sind wir in den Waschraum gegangen. In diesem gab es mehrere Sitzbaenke, eine Feuerstelle und meherere kleine kammern die als Duschen fungierten. Von dort aus sind wir noch auf das Dach der Moschee gegangen und haben ein para Fotos gemacht. Eigentlich wollten wir danach noch in die Palmerie gehen aber es wahr leider schon zu dunkel. Am naechsten Tag stand die Wanderung an. Dafuer haben wir uns in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt, eine schnelle und weite und eine etwas langsamere und kuerzere. Doch vor der Aufteilung sind wir noch alle zusammen durch die Palmarie gelaufen. Diese funktoniert nach dem dre Ebenen Prinzip. Auf der esrsten Ebene wachsen Pflanzen mit einer Hoehe zwischen 50 und 60 centimetern, also Krauter etc. Auf der zweiten Ebene wachsen Pflanzen mit einer Hoehe zwischen 2 bis 3 Metern, zum Beispiel Apfelbaeume. Die dritte Ebene sind dann die Palmen mit einer Hoehe von 3 bis 5 Metern oder mehr. Fuer 50 weibliche Palmen braucht man nur eine Maennliche Pflanze. Sollte es mehre als eine Maennliche Pflanze geben so wird diese irgendwas zwischen maennlich und weiblich und traegt Freuchte von niedrigster Qualitaet. Nach der Palmerie haben wir uns in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt. Die lange Tour, an der ich Teilgenommen habe, ging erst ein Stueck an der Strasse entlang und dann ins Gebirge. Unser Ziel war ein Loch was in einer Hoehe von ca. 400 Metern mi Fels war. Die Wanderung da hoch war aeusserst Anstrengend und auch ein bisschen Gefaehrlich, weil wir uns zum Teil auf sehr lockeren Geroell bewegten oder an steilen Felswaenden entlang sind. Doch als wir oben waren war die Aussicht wirklich schoen. Wir haben eine gut stunde Pause gemacht und sind dann wieder nach unten. Auf dem Rueckweg sind wir noch durch ein Nachbardorf und haben uns dort kurz die Kaspa von aussen angeschaut.Zum Abendessen gab es Nudeln was ich seht begruesst habe.

DAY 9. NELE. TREKKING DAY. FRENCH. Je ne parle pas bien le Français mais je vais l´essayer ;). Hier on a fait une balade sur les montagnes. Celles-ci font parte de l´Atlas. Après une petite tour dans la palmérie on s´est séparé en deux groupes. Le groupe où j´étais pas dedans a fait une promenade dans un village près de Timidarte. Ils sont visité le Kasbah qui est une école en ce moment. L´autre groupe est monté au montagne. Jùsqu´une cave qui était un petit trou au début. Avec des pierres qui s´est bougés monter était compliqué parfois. Mais tout le monde l´a passé est la vue était magnifique. Voir tout le ville, la palmérie et encore plus d´une perspective différemment était incroyable, presque pas réel. Dans la cave on a mangé notre nourriture emmené. Puis, content et plein, on est descendu, chacun en son temps. Quelques allemands ont joué “Black Stories” en attendends les autres. Après on a ajouté le petite tour de l´autre groupe, marcher à nouveau dans la palmérie, croiser la rivière. À la fin tout le monde était très fatigué. Pour le dîner il y avait de la pasta en Carbonara. Pour le Jour De Valentin le groupe de la cuisine a préparé un restaurant dehors avec des bougies et chaque nationalité par table.

DAY 7. RACHID. FRENCH Hier, c’était la septième journée, nous avons commencés nos activités a la kasbah de Timiderte, La kasbah est la maison d’hôte qui nous a accueilli. Le groupe est devisé selon les ateliers de travail; la céramique, la cuisine, la documentation, le film et la jardinage. Après avoir fini les taveaux des dans les ateliers, nous sont de retour a la kasbah pour déguster l’un des cuisines des nationalités participantes. Pendant l’après midi Ismail, le leader locale, nous a fait une visite guidée dans le ksar de timiderte et nous a donnés des explications sur les places publiques et l’ancien mosquée du ksar.

DAY 10. ROSENDO. GARDEN. SPANISH. Ayer fue un día entretenido por la mañana desayunamos lo de todos los días, un trozo de pan con mantequilla, miel, mermelada o aceite, a parte de una especie de bollos que parecen churros, estuvimos en garden en la escuela de Timidarte, es una escuela muy bonita con un patio lleno de plantas,árboles... continuamos haciendo las paredes y tejado de una cabaña a parte de plantar algunos árboles y hacer una especie de cemento a base de agua y un tipo de tierra. Ya dejando a un lado las actividades, lo que siempre me llevaré conmigo será la relación que tuve con los alemanes, con todos ellos, he podido hablar y reírme con todos pero si tuviera que destacar una sería la de mi colega Nanuk ha sido sorprendente para bien haberlo conocido, hacía tiempo que no conocía a alguien que siempre tuviera una sonrisa en la cara y siempre pero que al mismo tiempo se puede hablar con el de cosas serias, espero volver a verlo muchas más veces porque a mí no se me va a olvidar, también espero este mismo verano visitarlo e ir a Alemania y haber si el quiere visitar también España que es igual de preciosa. Antes de cenar nos visitó un grupo musical de la zona y nos hicieron una muestra sobre baile, cante y danza tradicional.

JOSE LUIS. ALMERAYA´S TEACHER AND RESPONSABLE OF DOCUMENTARY WORKSHOPS. SPANISH. Es muy difícil poder expresar lo que estamos viviendo aquí, se que las fotos, vídeos o textos no van a poder explicar la mayoría de los sentimientos de los componentes del grupo, o al menos, las mías. Prácticamente no hay un momento en el día para descansar, me tengo que encargar del área de documentación, de mis alumnos y de la cocina de los españoles. Ese poco tiempo libre lo dedico a comunicarme con mi familia, a la que echo mucho de menos y que me emociona cada vez que hablo con ellos. Creo que al ochenta por ciento del grupo ya les he hablado de ellos y enseñado las fotos. Como siempre que participo en proyecto colaborativos, lo que más me gusta es conocer gente: mi compañero Cristóbal es un ..... máquina, siempre me decía: tú por la cocina no te preocupes y ya se por lo que lo dicía, cocinar en un sitio tan extraño, con listas de la compra tan variantes, con muy pocos medios y que todo este exquisito no es nada fácil. Para ella colaboran nuestros alumnos, a casi todos les encanta la cocina y están deseando que les llegue su turno para aprender y demostrar lo que saben, estoy seguro que está siendo una de las experiencias más enriquecedoras de sus vidas; ya se que no se pueden hacer grandes logros en 15 días pero están viviendo una experiencia que les va a ayudar a crecer en idiomas, en conocerse así mismo, en autoaprendizaje, en colaborar con los demás y sobre todo el de vivir entre 2 mundos tan diferentes: alemanes y marroquís. Creo que esto es lo más importante del proyecto convivir con gente diferente y aprender, aprender a planificar improvisando, comunicarte mil formas diferentes, compartir la comida de forma totalmente opuesta…. Alberto, Inés, Irish, Jorg, Ismail, Absel, Said,………. Prodría pasar mucho tiempo hablando de muchísimas personas pero euy difícil sacar tiempo para escribir y sobre todo para reflexionar sobre lo que estamos viviendo aquí. Sobre todo son sensaciones, emociones, exaltación de los 5 sentidos, como nos decía Sergio Plaza, producidas por cientos de cosas que nos rodean continuamente: casas de barro, una ciudad laberinto en la que podría estar todo el día dando vueltas, la montaña con forma de helado, la gastronomía (me flipa todo), el campo de palmeras alrededor del Riad, la música, las canciones y bailes, muchas veces improvisados. La verdad es que el viaje no empezó muy bien con el aterrizaje de emergencia del avión y la llegada tan tarde a Marrakech, la verdad es que esa noche algunos nos asustamos y las sensaciones no fueron buenas, pero a la mañana siguiente todo cambió, la llegada de los alemanas, la magia del zoco, la Plaza elFna, la visita guiada y el descubrir que para los marroquís somos hermanos de religión nos hacía ver que esto prometía. Llegaba el momento de viajar al Atlas, aunque todo el día fue en bus para mi fue muy agradable, las paradas, el pic-nic, la subida a la montaña y sobre todo la visita a la cooperativa de especias donde ya pudimos saborear la hospitalidad de los marroquís, mi hermana dice que es porque tenemos dinero y ellos no, pero después de estos días estoy seguro de que no es así, realmente nos muy hospitalarios, nos han abiertos sus casas: Ismail, Mohamed y Madani (el ceramista mágico) La llegada a Agdz tampoco fue muy buena para mí, sobre todo por los nervios del reparto de habitaciones y porque Cabra llevaba tiempo malo y no sabía muy bien que hacer con él. Finalmente todos estábamos ubicados y descubrimos un lugar fantástico, acogedor y sobre todo en el que iban a pasar muchas cosas. Llega el momento de repartir el trabajo, yo pensaba que ayudaría en cocina pero me encargaron el taller de documentación y la verdad es que aunque no estaba preparado me ha gustado aportar mi granito de arena. El primer día de proyecto, porque por la mañana estaban aquí los marroquís, fue bastante difícil para mí, decidimos llevar a Cabra al médico en Agdz, al principio todo bien, antiestamínico, antibiótico y para el hotel, pero camino a la farmacia todo cambió de repente nos vimos envueltos en una novela policiaca, menos mal que Cristian habla francés y estaba con nosotros. Nos dijeron que le tenían que hacer un análisis en Ouzarzate pero nos llevaron en una ambulancia a Zágora (aunque nos costó mucho averigüar donde estábamos, pero todo era muy extraño) De repente nos reciben como si Cabra tuviese Coronavirus, parecía un teatro, el médico parecía de todo menos médico y nos dicen que le tienen que inyectar la medicación, en ese momento le dije que no, que medicación oral que nada de inyectar pero se quería llevar a Cabra a una habitación (de la cual no voy a hablar de su contenido) y no querían que Cristian ni yo entrásemos y así que nos pusimos serios y dijimos que nos queríamos ir. Siguieron empeñándose en hacerle una placa (yo pienso que nos querían tangar a nosotros y al seguro) pero seguían insistiendo hasta que me cabreé y nos quedamos apartados, seguían insistiendo y finalmente tuve que dar una voz para que nos dejasen en paz. Llamamos Salud Responde de Andalucía y nos tranquilizamos un poco hasta que Cabra vio a uno haciéndole una foto con flash de forma disimulada, de nuevo nos cabreamos bastante, llamamos a Alberto para que hablase con Irish y de repente esto habló con nuestro acompañante marroquí y empezaron a calmarnos a hablarnos de que todo era gratis y que no nos preocupásemos de nada. Nos volvemos a tranquilizar, Cabra decide hacerse finalmente la placa y empieza otro circo por la interpretación de la radiografía (tampoco voy a contar esto con detalle). Finalmente llegamos a Agdz, decidimos darles los medicamentos y aunque Cabra mejora, casi todos hemos ido cayendo enfermos en cadena, pero nada ha llegado a mayores. Esa misma noche todo mejora con la fiesta de bienvenida, la música, el canto y sobre todo los bailes nos hacen volver a la realidad del proyecto y vivir momentos mágicos. Segundo día de proyecto, empezamos los talleres y lo que más nos emociona es la cocina, trasladar la cocina y el servicio del Almeraya al Riad de Agdz fue muy gratificante para todos nosotros. Y nos lo han agradecido bastante. Al principio me agobié bastante con el taller de documentación, no controlaba nada de la plataforma y el Wifi era insufible para hacer mi trabajo, pero poco a poco lo fui controlado y ahora disfruto leyendo lo que escriben todos los alumnos. Es muy difícil describir día a día, resumo lo que me ha flipado los alrededores del hotel: ciudad antigua y palmeral, los paisajes con la luna llena, el trabajo en equipo, la magia del lugar donde se hace la cerámica, la mañana que nos dejaron ir a Cabra, Cristian y a mi ir al mercado (me encanto el caos), incluso disfruté comprando algunas cosas. Tengo que decir que en ningún momento he sentido miedo dentro de mi vida en Agdz, incluso una tarde me fui solo a comprar a la farmacia, o estar en la ciudad. Por ejemplo ayer disfruté de estar solo en un bar viendo un partido árabe y tomando una coca-cola. Siempre recordaré el partido de fútbol con alemanes y marroquís y como los niños nos animaban desde fuera. Tampoco podré olvidar como nos cantaban una canción a cada uno de los que habíamos preparado y servido la cena. Me encanta cada que se monta una sarao ya sea español o marroquí, a las dos nacionalidad nos encanta cantar, bailar y tocar música. Recuerdo cantando en la cueva después de comer, como hacíamos mezcla de canciones árabes y españolas. Otra noche mágica fue la de la fiesta de bienvenida, una simulación de una preboda y me tocó comer en la mesa del novio. Ya se me escaparon las primeras lágrimas, no podía dejar de ver, escuchar y sentir aquel espectáculo que cautivó todos mis sentidos. Por suerte he tenido algo de tiempo para participar en talleres, el de teatro, aunque solo fueron dos horas me encantó, hubiera estado todo el día. En jardín solo he participado un par de ratos pero me gusta trabajar con los demás. Y mi aportación en cerámica también ha sido escasa pero siempre he seguido la evolución de nuestros babys como dice Iris. El momento de ver el fuego el aura naranja de fuego salir por el horno fue algo mágico para todos los que estábamos allí. También destacar la visita al Haman, era tarde, había mucha oscuridad y no sabíamos muy bien lo que iba a pasar, confiábamos en Simou y todo empezó a fluir con el agua caliente de los baños, de repente llegaron Panachi, El Hassan y Abdel y entre los 4 nos dieron masajes y nos esfoliaron dejando nuestro cuerpo y mente en un estado de paz y armonía. La llegada a Timadarte fue como retroceder en el tiempo, todo me recordaba a La Jauca, un pueblo de la familia de mi padre perdido en medio de la nada. La verdad es que las casas hechas con barro tienen un encanto muy especial. Al segundo día organicé un taller de juegos tradicionales españoles y la verdad es que todos lo pasamos muy bien y nos reímos muchísimo, me encanta cuando nos mezclamos las tres culturas diferentes para divertirnos después de trabajar durante el día. También destacar la noche en la que montamos una discoteca móvil en la puerta, me encantaba decirle al Cabra que canción poner como cuando pinchaba en las bodas: Paquito el Chocolatero, Aserejé, Tractor amarillo, Follow the leader…….todo mezclado con canciones árabes y alguna que otra alemana. Lo peor va a ser la despedida, desde anoche ya se respira ambiente de tristeza y empezaron las primeras lágrimas. Han sido días muy intensos y de muchas emociones y todo lo vivido se está quedando grabado a fuego en nuestros corazones, como la ceremonia del fuego para cocer el trabajo de cerámica. Tengo que reconocer que siempre he odiado las despedidas hasta que fui padre, duele mucho estar separado de mis pequeños y cuando pienso en la tristeza de la despedida automáticamente me viene el sentimiento de alegría, el momento de llegar a casa y abrazar a mi familia va a ser lo más deseado de todo el viaje. Para finalizar me gustaría destacar la magia de las relaciones humanas y como este programa nos ha ayudado a todos a creer en el ser humano. Miradas, conversaciones, abrazos, bailes, traductores, paseos, juegos, lágrimas, risas, cansancio, cooperación….. y sobre todo entendimiento y afecto entre personas tan diferentes. شكرا Thank you Merci Danke sie Gracias

DAY 10. TILL. GERMAN. 15/02/2020 Das Frühstück war wieder sehr lecker, danach war Morgenkreis und es wurden die wichtigen Dinge für den Tag besprochen. Danach bin ich in den Theater-Workshop gegangen, wo ich am Vormittag Bambus geschnitten hatte und am Nachmittag haben wir uns als Gruppe überlegt, was wir morgen bei der Theater-Aufführuung in Agdz zeigen wollen, ein grobes Programm erstellt und ein kleines bisschen geprobt. Danach waren wir bei Noufissa (sie war letztes Jahr in Dresden beim Omse e.V als EVS) zu Hause eingeladen und haben dort Tee getrunken und Kekse und Berberpizza gegessen. Danach hat die eine Gruppe von Männern für uns traditionelle Tänze mit Musik aufgeführt, was sehr schön war. Dann gab es auch schon essen, welches heute aus Tomatensalat, Brot, Risotto und Orangen bestand. Spät abends kam dann noch die Keramik-Gruppe aus Agdz wieder. Und danach sind wir zu Bett gegangen, allerdings haben noch ein paar Leute UNO gespielt und noch ein paar haben Ines‘ Geburtstag gefeiert.
