Solidarity

I am a highly visual thinker, so I have chosen to present my understanding of solidarity using imagery rather than a personal story. I hope that you enjoy reading my entry below!

Solidarity is a shield, protecting us from the dangers that we cannot face alone. It’s a race-car speeding us toward a common goal faster than we can go on our own. It is a hand to hold when we are weak reminding us that we are stronger together. Solidarity takes many forms, but its ingredients stay the same. It is made of love, respect, understanding, and the realisation that we are all on the same team. It is the most wonderful gift, that anyone could ever give. It is a symbol of love, understanding, and support. It is the product of humanity’s best qualities.

It’s short (if you‘d compare it with mine xD) but there is all written down what you think that needs to be said. Great to see how many other teenagers like to write like me and still believe into a Europe full of hope. (Please excuse my English. It‘s not my mother tongue.)
