Even though at the beginning so much time to do nothing and just relax seemed to be great and a pleasure, with time also boredom begins. We might start thinking too much, which will have psychological effects on us. So here are some ideas, about what you can do during these difficult times to stay physically and mentally healthy.

Today I'd like to direct your attention to the area of education. You will be able to see some statistics on several factors connected to the digitalization of education, as well as there will be some open questions connected to the topic.

Italians are generous people, but it looks like we don't like rules, sometimes. Here is how italians are coping with the strict quarantine measures, as seen by an Italian abroad.

I woke up thinking about adventures. And then my extroverted self felt quite down since we can't have any more adventures for now. But maybe it's just a good time to rethink the word? Maybe it's time to change my unterstanding of this word? So, here I am, talking about adventures during the time when you can't have them. Or maybe we all are on an adventure right now and we don't really know it yet?

We are completely engaged in virtual life while being at home, and most often we get the misinformation and estimation from social media, that could impact on us negatively having a criticism or intolerance towards somebody. So I am going to speak about the importance of solidarity these days, by focusing on an example, that happened in my home country/Armenia.
