I was EVS volunteer in Olde Vechte Foundation in Ommen, The Netherlands. The organization is functioning as training center for non-formal learning. Olde Vechte Foundation is offering quality trainings focusing on various topics: coaching, personal development, employability, art expression. On my project I was together with 12 young people coming from: Greece, Czech Republic, Latvia, Romania, Hungary, Serbia. During my EVS I gained a lot of skills: to write a project, to select participants for the trainings, to be in a role of participant, coach, logistic supervisor on the trainings for personal development, to cook for 50 people, to recycle woods, leafs, until is raining, to take care two houses to be clean, to fix my bike. Always all work tasks we made it working as a team with my colleagues and no mater how hard was the task we never said we can't do it, on the opposite we made it singing and with smile on our faces. Even transporting the chairs and the tables on our hands from one house to another of the organization and sandpapering the wooden surface in December with open windows and doors we were doing joking and smiling.
