With COVID-19 outbreak came not only end of loads of opportunities, but also the door was opened to the new ones. And you are the lucky one if you have noticed them and started to use. Personally I prefer to be among those who are quick enough to see the opportunity and use it! When the idea of transformation of the real project into digital one came to my mind, I shared it with my colleagues and I was super lucky to be supported in its implementation. Since that moment almost every month I was involved in online seminars or workcamps which led to my expertise in this field. In this article I would like to share with you how I did my online campleading in a harmonious team with outstanding participants.

This year everything is happening with me first, starting from my birthday day. I would have never dreamt that I could change the country I am living or the job I have been doing for 10 years. Naturally, I didn’t expect that I would get acquainted with a very different volunteering type - workcamps of SCI.

As my volunteering is coming to an end, I decided to do present my chronicle from very beginning and to present volunteering life experience. What kind of challenges I had, what my expectations were, how they have changed and so on. I think it can be a nice example for others, who are interested in being a volunteer for one year.

Saying goodbye is never easy. But I didn’t imagined that it will be so hard. I didn’t know how could I ever thank these amazing people for giving me the best time of my life and treating me like their family member. I was so grateful and my heart was overwhelmed with emotions.
