First Workshop of buiding dry walls on 11.10.

Youth creativity for social and climate justice

Fifteen young people from Maroc, Spain and Germany are meeting in Cabo de Gata in Andalucía, Spain, to realise different projects to exchange intercultural experiences and to work in a sustainable world.

This is the third youth exchange with young people from Maroc, Spain and Germany. This year we are in Cabo de Gata, on the coast of Andalucia, Spain. Every day we're working together in different workshops: We plant trees in the environment workshop, we cook for the whole group, we create artefacts from ceramic for our partnerschool in Almeria, we get in contact with ourselves and with the others in the bodylanguage workshop and at least we fill our blog with articles about our time together. We also go to the beach regularly to collect rubbish and to discuss various topics. This is very important for the group to understand each other in a better way. We try to deal with different cultures in order to grow together and overcome boundaries, even if this process is not always easy. Our common goal is to fight for a sustainable and peaceful world.

Youth Exchange Erasmus + Rapport Nº4 Jour : 12 Octobre 2021 Lieu : Camping Réveil à 8h du matin, ne faisant pas part du groupe responsable de faire le petit-déjeuner, j’ai pris ma douche en attendant la préparation du petit déjeuner. A 8h30 tout était prêt, on se met en groupe de 6 personnes par table, 2 personnes de chaque pays. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur repas de le journée, je pense ! Beaucoup d’alternatives sont présentes, c’est un sorte de buffet avec plusieurs types de petit déjeuner allemand, marocain et espagnol. Après le petit déjeuner, on avait un workshop portant sur la construction écologique, qui était historiquement très présente à Almeria. C’est une construction à base de pierre uniquement, sans ciment ni autres pour renforcer les pierres uniquement des pierres et du talent pour les équilibrer ! On a eu l’opportunité d’essayer de construire une petite base à partir de pierres en groupe de 6 (2 de chaque pays). Ainsi à la fin du workshop, le déjeuner était prêt, une salde composée et une soupe à base de patates, carottes, oignons, origan avec des croutons de pain grillés. A la fin du déjeuner, étant juste assis dans le salon, avec Taib et Imane on a mis de la musique marocaine et ça a fini avec tout le monde en train de danser à l’extérieur ! Plus tard les présentations ont était faite et on a finalement pris nos t-shirt et badges. Après cela on est partis à nos activités, j’avais le “Body language”, qui était une forme de connection avec soi-même et précisément avec son corps (se sentir plus comfortable en soi). Le massage était le highlight ! Mais en général les coach Ines et Alberto ont assuré avec succès l’activité, qui malgré le fait n’était pas ce que je pensais être d’après le titre mais a été effectivement une très bonne expérience (à refaire). Le diner a eu lieu aux environs de 20h et était à base d’aubergines et oeufs brouillés ainsi qu’un mélange de salades, cornichons et fruits secs. Encore, une fois à la fin du diner le groupe des marocains réunis dans une table ont commencer à chanter, pour avoir une petit concert pour conclure notre diner !

Aiman Ait El Caid (Imy) الاثنين 11 اكتوبر 11:15 في الصباح تناولنا وجبة الافطار و التي كانت عبارة عن وجبة متنوعة بين الافطار الالماني و الاسباني، هذه الوجبة اعدت لنا من طرف المشاركين الذي سجلو اسمهم لائحة اعداد الطعام، بحيث يستيقظون قبل ساعة الافطار من اجل تحضير كل ما يلزم. بعدها قام مجموعة من المشاركين المغاربة بعزف لون من الوان الموسيقى المغربية و التي تسمى احواش، هذا الفن معروف في جنوب المغرب و خصوصا في منطقة زاكورة. لقد كان الكل منبسط بهذه الأجواء خصوصا و ان الكل قام يرقص على انغام تلك الموسيقى، سواء المشاركين الاسبان او المشاركين الالمان، حتى المسؤولين عن المجموعات اعجبو بحفاوة تلك الأجواء الرائعة و قامو يرقصون و يرددون الكلمات بالعربية رغم عدم فهمهم لها و بعد ان تضاعف عدد الاشخاص في الرقص و الغناء، خرجنا للساحة الكبيرة خلف المنزل، و قمنا بدائرة كبيرة، تبادلنا فيها الثقافة، حيت كل من المشاركين قام بتقديم رقصة خاصة ببلده و المشاركين الاخرين يقلدونه، لقد كانت أجواء رااااائعة و جد ممتعة. في هذه الاثناء كان فريق اخر يعد لنا وجبة الغداء، تغدينا جميعا بوجبة المانية كانت عبارة عن حساء البطاطا و السلطة. بعدها استرحنا قليلا و اندمج كل منا في ورشة خاصة، في كل ورشة يجب ان يكون خليط من كل الثقافات. بالنسبة لي لقد شاركت في ورشة لغة الجسد مع ايناس و البيرتو، قمنا بمجموعة من الحركات الاسترخائية التي تريح الجسد و تجعله هادئ، كانت ورشة جد ممتعة بشهادة كل المشاركين خصوصا وان في هذه الورشة تعرفنا نحن المشاركين على بعضنا البعض اكثر و اكثر،. بعد ان انتهينا تعشينا جميعا بطبق اسباني و سلطة أيضآ. بعدها قام المغاربة بتنشيط أجواء بعد العشاء شارك الجميع في هذه الاجواء و كان الكل منبسط و سعيد. بعدها قام الكل للخلود للنوم.

TASTE OF DIVERSITY YOUTH CREATIVITY FOR SOCIAL AND CLIMATE JUSTICE 11 DE OCTUBRE Hoy nos levantamos a las 08:00 como de costumbre para prepararnos para el desayuno. Después de tomar un delicioso y variado desayuno (me encantan las tostadas con “schmalz”, una especie de salsa alemana con manzana y cebolla), nuestros amigos marroquíes nos contagiaron con sus divertidas canciones y bailes… ¡Acabamos todos sonriendo y bailando al son de la música! No nos olvidemos tampoco del “Morning Circle”, donde todas las mañanas nos reunimos en la parte de atrás del cortijo rural y hablamos de qué se irá haciendo a lo largo del día. Después de un ratito de limpieza y descanso, un antiguo profesor de la UAL, Juan Antonio, nos dio una charla muy interesante sobre el pasado de Almería, su naturaleza y su riqueza cultural, de la que podemos destacar la habilidad que tenía el pueblo de construir muros, eras, presas y casas utilizando solamente piedra seca y mucha destreza. Más tarde, nos fuimos a poner en práctica todo lo que habíamos aprendido del arte de construir con piedra seca; primero hicimos una torre de piedras-buscando el equilibrio, después hicimos una pirámide y por último reparamos el muro de una vieja era que hay en el cortijo. Para el almuerzo comimos una deliciosa sopa alemana de patata, me encantó. Por la tarde nos dividimos en grupos según el taller que queríamos hacer: Cerámica, Medio Ambiente, Expresión Corporal y Documentación (recoger como en una especie de diario lo que vamos haciendo cada día). Yo por ejemplo escogí el taller de céramica, me pareció muy original e interesante, conocimos los orígenes y las bases de una técnica japonesa llamada “Raku”, la cual requiere altas temperaturas de aproximadamente 900 grados de cocción para encontrar el resultado que se busca. Para terminar con el taller, diseñamos las piezas de cerámica que se materializarán en el siguiente taller de cerámica. Finalmente fuimos a cenar y pasó algo gracioso… ¡Jörg, Helene, Frika, Lisa y yo (Isa) hicimos todos juntos un club para veganos en la misma mesa! Así directamente nos servían nuestra comida en una misma mesa y así era más cómodo. Por último hicimos un corro y todos volvimos a cantar y bailar canciones marroquíes muy entretenidas. Antes de irnos a dormir, estuve hablando un poco con Brahim, e intentamos gastarle una broma a Hassan haciéndole creer que una bolsita de arena que trajeron de Marruecos era canela para ver si la probaba o no; desafortunadamente no coló y se dio cuenta.

11. Oktober 2021, Tagebucheintrag in deutsch. So wie jeder Morgen, wurden ich und meine Zeltmitbewohner von unseren Weckern um 7 Uhr morgens geweckt. Da wir über den Tag immer zu tun haben, ist nur morgens um 07:30 oder Abends um 11 Uhr Zeit zum duschen, bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen. Wir haben an diesem Tag alle nicht gut geschlafen, da der Wind fast uns alle weggeweht hat. Es war so laut, ich bin bestimmt 5 mal in der Nacht aufgewacht. Jedes mal wenn ich dann meine Augen geöffnet hab, hab ich gedacht wir fliegen schon. Nichtmal die Koffer im Vor-Zelt blieben stehen. Am morgen war der Wind auch noch nicht weg und es gab einige Zelte die man nochmal fest machen musste. Frühstück gab es um 08:30, die Marmeladengläser sind auf meinem Tisch auch fast weggeweht. Nach dem Frühstück gibt es immer einen sogenannten „Morning Circle“ indem besprochen wird was heute passiert und was es für Workshops gibt. Da heute der erste Tag war an dem es die 4 Workshops gibt, gab es einen Spanischen Lehrer, Juán Antonio, der einen Vortrag gehalten hat. Leider konnte er kein Englisch, weshalb Alberto, ein erwachsener Begleiter, die ganze Zeit nach jedem Satz übersetzen musste. Deshalb ging der Vortrag dann doppelt so lang. Es war ein sehr interessanter Vortrag, der eine gute Einleitung war in den Workshop „Environment“. In diesem Workshop gibt es verschiedene Aktivitäten, die erste war also Mauer bauen. Die Mauer Technik ist schon sehr alt und ist mit sehr viel Technik, da man nur normale Steine benutzen kann, die eben so in der Landschaft liegen. Die Mauer soll das Regenwasser aufhalten, da dieses in Spanien sehr stürmisch und sehr viel auf einmal kommen kann. Damit das Wasser nicht einfach ins Tal fließt und alles mitspült, werden diese Mauern angelegt die auf Hängen dann waagerecht zum Boden und Senkrecht zu einer Fläche, meistens auf einem Hang stehen. Es sieht dann aus wie eine Treppe, das haben wir auch auf der Busfahrt hinzu sehen können. Juán Antonio hat angefangen uns zu erklären wo diese Mauer-bau-Technik herkommt und wie sie funktioniert. Leider hab ich und die anderen nicht so viel mitnehmen können, weil der Vortrag insgesamt 90 Minuten ging und wir irgendwann einfach abgeschalten haben. Als der Vortrag dann vorbei war sind wir raus und sollten uns in Gruppen zu 6. finden, zwei Deutsche, zwei Spanier und zwei Marrokaner. Unsere Aufgabe war dann uns Steine zu suchen und sie dann einfach so aufeinander zu stapeln dass es gut balanciert ist. Die zweite Aufgabe war dann die Steine zu stapeln wie eine Pyramide, und danach dann die kaputte Mauer die es schon gab zu reparieren. Das haben wir alle bis circa 16 Uhr gemacht, danach gab es eine kurze Pause von 30 Minuten und dann fingen die verschiedenen Workshops an. Ich persönlich war in dem Workshop „Body Language“, es gab aber auch noch „Keramik“ und „Documentary“ die das gemacht haben was ich gerade mache, also über den gestrigen Tag schreiben. In dem Workshop Body Language waren wir in einem reservierten Raum vorne am Pool. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Leute, plus Alberto und Ines. Angefangen haben wir mit dem Spiel Reise nach Jerusalem. Danach Spiele die ich aus dem Theater Projekt aus der Laborschule kenne, wie zb. Im Raum rumlaufen und stehen bleiben wenn jemand klatscht, Augen zumachen wenn dich jemand berührt, oder man verändert seinen Lauf-Stil mit der Gruppe, je nachdem wie sich einer bewegt, so bewegen sich dann die anderen. Nach diesen Spielen haben wir dann eine Art Meditation gemacht, bei der es darum geht sich bewusst in seinem Körper zu fühlen und Kontakt zur Realität zu haben, was meiner Meinung nach etwas sehr lehrreiches ist, was vielen Leuten bei Problemen helfen kann. Wir haben auch alle eine kleine Massage von Ines bekommen, von der sich alle gerne mehr gewünscht hätten. Danach haben wir angefangen Bewegungen in verschiedenen Gruppen und Partnerkonstellationen zu machen, die die anderen kopieren sollten. Als Abschluss-Spiel sollten wir einem Partner eine bewegende Geschichte aus unserem Leben erzählen, dann Aussuchen welche ausgewählt wird und dann erzählen beide vor allen die gleiche Geschichte nur mit unterschiedlichen Details und Einzelheiten und am Ende sollte die Gruppe erraten anhand der Körpersprache, von wem die Geschichte war. Es waren zum Teil sehr bewegende Geschichten dabei, einige haben auch angefangen zu weinen, als sie ihre Geschichte erzählt haben oder die andere gehört haben. Es war eine sehr therapierende Erfahrung, das Gefühl bewusst in seinem Körper zu sein werde ich mir auch definitiv mitnehmen und den Workshop nochmal besuchen. Der Workshop war gegen 20:30 zu Ende, wo es schon seit einer halben Stunde Essen gab. Zum Glück war noch etwas übrig, aber viel Zeit zum Essen hatten wir auch nicht, weil die Marrokaner sich auf Einmal sämtliche Küchen-Utensilien genommen haben, uns zu sich gerufen haben und angefangen haben ein Konzert zu geben. Es klang genau wie man sich das vorstellt wenn afrikanische Menschen singen und im Kreis tanzen. Erst haben sie nur ein paar Lieder gesungen, und danach immer wieder eine Strophe, in der sie nacheinander alle die sie finden konnten in die Mitte des Kreises schubsten und dann gefeiert haben. Die Atmosphäre war unfassbar, weil alle so super locker waren und einfach gesungen und gelacht haben. Man hat gemerkt, wie anders diese andere Nation nochmal ist, zu uns und den Spaniern. In Deutschland würde man nicht einfach auf die Idee kommen mit Gabeln auf den Tisch zu schlagen und sich die Mülltonne als Trommel zu nehmen und Bleche aus der Küche zu klauen um damit Musik zu machen und einfach los zu singen. Einer von den Marrokanern hat auch angefangen alleine zu singen, übrigens auf arabisch, was wie dieser typische Gesang klang, den sie singen/sprechen wenn sie den Koran vorlesen. Es war eine sehr sehr lustige und neue Erfahrung für alle Leute, die die Marrokaner zum ersten mal getroffen haben. Als wir dann ins Bett sind haben wir erst gemerkt wie Rau unsere Stimmen waren vom lauten mitsingen. Ich hoffe, dass war nicht das letzte Konzert und wir haben morgen und die nächsten Tage und Wochen noch oft so viel Spaß wie an diesem Tag.

Monday, the eleven of october After a windy night, we woke up at 7:30am. On the way to the bathroom we saw a beautiful sunrise with intense orange and red tones. It was a magical moment. We went to the house and prepared the breakfast. At 8:30 am we began with our breakfast and had interesting conversations with spanish, moroccan and german people. Here we eat delicious baguette with jams and spreads. For sidedish we’ve watermelones, grapes, pie and bananas from a ecologial gardener. Afterwards we had a guest, Juan Antonio, who was a teacher at different schools. He made a presentation about the typical dry stone walls in this spanish area. He explained us something about the history and special construction of these walls. It’s important that these walls are balanced and built safely, because only the stone is the material. He showed us some illustractive examples to see how this might look like. You need a lot of dexterity and patience for this work. Subsequenty the practical part began. The perticipations had to get together in group of six, in which two people of each nationality are present. They had three tasks, first at all they had to bulit a small tower of stones so that it wouldn’t overturn. The second challenge was to mount a cone out of stones, which it’s so stable you can stand on it. At least some volunteers need to fixed the broken dry stone wall at our camping place. At the same time some people prepared our lunch. We ate a potato soup with bread. At 3 pm we start the midday circle to present each of us, to know us better. Because of the delayed arrival of the moroccans they present themselves. The germans and spanish people had the challenge to introduce a person of the other nation. Afterwards we danced to typical music of each nation and had a lot of fun. Next, we had a little break and began the projects. We have five projects, the group of envoirement, ceramic, documentation, body lenguage and self expression and cooking. We, Elise and Milana, were in the ceramic group today and will introduce our experiences. At first, Iris, the head of this project, gave us a introduction about the idea of this project and what we’re going to do in the coming weeks. We’ll use the japanese ceramic technic, which named «Raku». The Raku product is fired in the furnace. The fired ceramics are glazed and dried. The ceramics are heated to 980-1200C° in different furnaces such as wood, electric or gas furnaces. After melting the glaze, the vessels are removed individually with pliers in the glowing state and then placed in sawdust or foliage. The temperature shock also results in cracks typical of Raku. The parts of the vessel that are left free from the glaze become black by the carbon produced in the smouldering sawdust. About 10 minutes later you can remove the ceramics and cool them in water. Our goal is to create ceramic objects consisting of several small parts. This should be placed in front of the spanish cooking school I.E.S. Almeraya as a gift of our project. For this we collected initial ideas and made sketches for the objects. After this planning there was omelette with vegetables for dinner. To round off the day we all danced a typical moroccan dance together, in which each person went into the middle of a circle and the others sang to them.

Die ersten Schritte zu unserem youth exchange haben bereits in der Schule begonnen. Kurz vor den Sommerferien fanden die ersten Vorbereitungstreffen statt, in denen wir über das Zusammentreffen mit den SpanierInnen und MarokkanerInnen gesprochen haben. Alle waren voller Vorfreude, im Oktober nach Almería zu fliegen und neue Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Jedoch haben sich auch Sorgen und Ängste bezüglich des Austausches aufgetan , welche von den BegleiterInnen und SchülerInnen, welche die Jahre zuvor in Marokko waren, geschwächt wurden. In den Sommerferien ist Iris, durch die dieser Austausch stattfindet, mit Lilly, einer Schülerin, nach Almería geflogen. Hier haben sie sich bereits mit ein paar SpanierInnen und MarokkanerInnen getroffen, um weitere Details mit ihnen zu besprechen. Ich kann mich noch gut an die Bilder erinnern, die Lilly uns aus Almeria geschickt hat und die Vorfreude, welche immer größer wurde. Nach den Freien ging die Vorbereitung weiter und wir haben uns ein bis zwei mal pro Woche bei Iris in der Tonwerkstatt getroffen. Eine Woche vor unserer Abreise haben wir in der Schulmensa Zelte aufgebaut, geschaut ob sie ganz sind, wieder in ihre Verpackungen gemacht und anschließend so verpackt, dass wir sie mit ins Flugzeug nehmen konnten. Freitag dem 08.10.2021 um 3:00 morgens war es dann so weit und wir haben uns am Flughafen in Dresden getroffen. Zum Check-In brauchten wir ein ausgefülltes Formular, um nach Spanien einreisen zu dürfen. Dieses war sehr lang und verlangte quasi jedes Detail des eigenem Lebens. Da wir es über eine App ausfüllen mussten, die Technik teilweise nicht mitgespielt hat, die Damen am Check-In unfreundlich und wir müde waren, sind wir alle gestresst in die Sicherheitskontrolle, wo dann aber alles problemlos ablief. Der Flug nach Frankfurt dauerte nur 45 Minuten und auch der Aufenthalt in dem Flughafen war perfekt, um aufs Klo zu gehen, in die Schnitte zu beißen und sich die Füße zu vertreten. 8:35 wurden wir ins Flurzeug gelassen und sind 9.10 im kalten Frankfurt los geflogen, um pünktlich 12:00 im 25 Grad warmen Malaga zu landen. Nachdem wir unser Gepäck geholt und unseren Bus gefunden hatten war die Freude riesig hier zu sein und die SpanierInnen vor deren Schule abzuholen. Die Freude wurde verstärkt als wir gesehen hatten, dass sie schon fertige Gerichte eingepackt hatten. Jedoch hat sich diese gedämmt, als wir erfahren haben, dass wir das erst zum Abendessen essen. Hungrig und müde von der langen Reise haben wir dann also unsere Zelte auf dem Campingplatz „Los Escullos“ aufgebaut und besprochen wer mit wem in einem Zelt schläft. Dabei haben wir drauf geachtet, dass wir uns mit den SpanierInnen mischen und auch platz für die MarokkanerInnen, welche am Sonntag ankamen, lassen. Das alles hat ziemlich lange gedauert und wir sind erst zum Abendessen fertig geworden. Die Empanadillas, welche die Spanier vorbereitet hatten waren dann aber ziemlich lecker und haben unsern Hunger gestillt. Wir haben noch lange mit den SpanierInnen zusammengesessen, geredet und schon Teile ihrer Kultur kennengelernt. Alles in allem war der Anreisetag anstrengen, Ereignisreich aber voller Freude.

Preperations for our upcoming youth exchange In the „Laborschule“, Germany, we met up as a almost complete group the first time five weeks before the exchange started. It was all a bit spontaneous, because we had a lot of questions to be answered and tasks to get done in just a short time. One of the difficulties was that about five participants didn‘t visit the school so we had to take a protocol with all the topics we talked about at each meeting so that they stay informed. In the lunch break of the school we had our meeting one to two times per week, where we talked about how to pack the luggage, what to prepare, like an image video for our school or ideas for a typical dish we can eat. We also used a online messenger to exchange new information and stay updated. One time Iris also brewed Moroccan tea for our meeting which was really interesting to taste and got us more in mood for the two upcoming weeks. Because the exchange would take place on a camping site, we hold a big announcement in our school for tents to take them with us, for that we can sleep in them. Luckily for us, enough tents were donated and on two afternoons we met in the school to test them for functionality, if they are complete and to wrap them up for our luggage. At the same time everyone packed their suitcase at home and got ready to meet at 4 AM at the airport. The only sad thing was, that we would fly with one person less because a teacher broke her arm a few days before the flight. But nonetheless we were excited and for some it was even the first flight in their live. We started in Dresden and with a stop in Frankfurt we flew to Málaga. And I have to say the weather was incredible great in comparison to Germany. After we got used to the heat we got in our own bus and drove on the cost of the Mediterranean sea to Almería, where we picked up the Spanish participants. Unified we drove the last kilometers to the camping site. After we arrived everyone started to set up their tents and all participants got a place to sleep. I was busy for over two hour to set up a huge tent which was at the end really frustrating but together we got it standing. In the evening we met up at our house just outside the camping site were we gathered and ate typical andalusian food, which the spanish participants had prepared in their school. For example we had the possibility to try empanadillas, which were just delicious. While eating we were already connecting with the spanish people, had funny conversations and after a very exhausting day everyone was ready to get some rest and we had a very calm evening.

09.10 & 10.10 At the first weekend at the Escullos Camping Place the Spanish and German participants were alone, for the Moroccans had a delay in their travel plans, so instead of arriving on Friday like the rest of the members of this project they could not join us up until Sunday. Because we were setting the tents and sorting out all the baggage we brought and deciding who sleeps where on Friday evening, we spend Saturday getting to know the campsite and its surroundings. After the first breakfast together as a group, we got a tour introducing us to the campsite and its facilities, as well as making a first brief round of introduction of our self. The Spanish had taken charge of the kitchen but it was the Germans turn to make food, so the outcome was a mix of German “Brotzeit” and a couple of Spanish sides, for example different kinds of salad. Finishing lunch, the group split up and I joined some people looking for the way to the beach, but we mistook a tried out river as a road and ended up taking almost twice as long as we had originally planned. The beach itself was still rewarding and we got a chance to test the waters as well as getting an idea of how much trash there was to pick up. Other small groups took a small hike around the hill or started to prepare dinner. Rejoining the big group after a little while, we talked a little about the upcoming two weeks, made another big introduction round and got handed out the Shirts and nameplates, witch were made in preparation for the project. Beginning with the first task set for this project we started to make our way to the sea once again, collecting trash on the road and cleaning up the beach. There a boat was stranded a while bag, still laying in the sand, so some of us went to check it out and took away empty cases of gasoline that had been leaking slowly into the sea. Coming back to the campsite we finished out the day with a nice dinner and nice conversations between the participants. Sunday was suppose to the start of the different workshops, but this plan was altered to taking a big hike, for the Moroccans were still not there and we wanted to start together with them. So after breakfast we started packing all we needed for a day of hiking and started on the road. A few German and Spanish people had to stay behind, to prepare the food for lunch. They would drive with the car to San Jose, our set destination of the day. From there they would join us on our way back, supposedly. The hike was a beautiful way along the mountainside with the sea to our side all the time. It was planned to wake us two hours to get to San Jose by foot, but due to the heat and blazing sun we took a slower approach, allowing us to talk a lot, while enjoying the view. The group got stretched out and split up over the course of the road, so that the first had to stop a couple of times to wait for the rest. Near the end the sun and heat took their tall and one of the participants fainted on the road. So while the most of the group climbed down the mountain to meet up with the lunch-team at San Jose, a few others, being the heroes of the day, stayed behind, helping the now weakened girl to get safe down the mountain as well. In the end we took almost three ours to finish the first half of the hike and most people were exhausted. Food and rest was very welcome, as was a quick swim in the sea at San Jose, where the water was wonderful clear and refreshing. Not wanting to walk the road through sun and heat again, most people were taken bag to the campsite by the cars. Only a small group of eight remained, some of witch had helped to prepare lunch, to walk the same way back, that the group had taken to get to San Jose. Even though the first stretch of this road was a steep way up the mountainside, the rest of the road seemed easier than in the morning. The Sun was lower and the road it self was always falling down a little, so walking was less exhausting. When we came back, the Moroccans had already arrived and we were greeted by the busy new participants settling in at the campsite and getting to know the people already there. This continued at dinner where everybody was sitting mixed with people from the two other countries. Soon after the day ended for me, for I was one of the people hiking back and forth and I was really tired after a long day.

Am Samstagmorgen waren alle total müde aber dennoch ging es gegen 8.30 uhr los mit den Vorbereitungen fürs Frühstück für das die Deutschen veranwortlich sind. Es gab eine Mischung aus typisch Deutschem und typisch Spanischem Essen. Anschliessend gab es einen Morgenkreis in dem wir uns alle vorgestellt haben und grundlegende Dinge erklärt bekamen.Dazu bekamen wir jeder ein Namensbutton und ein Tshirt. Im Anschluss hatten wir etwas Freizeit in der die meisten von uns gemeinsam zum Stand gegangen sind, während andere das Mittagessen vorbereitet haben. Nach dem Mittagsessen sind wir erneut alle gemeinsam zum Strand gelaufen mit dem Ziel, auf dem Weg und am Strand Müll aufzusammeln. Dazu hat Iris aus alten Gardinen grosse Beutel genäht damit wir für die Müllentsorgung keinen neuen Müll produzieren und immer wieder verwenden koennen. Dabei haben wir uns viel mit den Spaniern gemischtt und gute gespärche gehabt. Zum Abendbrot gab es Zucchinisuppe und Tortilla in Normal und Vegan und viel weiteren spanischen Süsskram. Wir sassen sehr lange und haben uns gut unterhalten. Anschliessend haben wir uns gemeinschaftlich um den Abwasch und das Aufraeumen gekümmert und sind schlafen gegangen. Am Sonntag ging es nach dem Frühstück mit einem Morgenkreis los, in dem wir den vergangenen Tag kurz reflektiert haben. Anschliessend gab es eine Wanderung zum nächsten Dorf san Jose. 8 Leute sind vorerst da geblieben um das Mittagessen(Taboule/Cous Cous Salat) zuzubereiten. Dabei haben wir von den Spaniern gelernt, dass es hilft, an Essig zu reichen wenn man Zwiebeln schneiden möchte. Mit dem Essen sind wir dann im Auto den anderen hinterhergefahren wo uns die andern, hungrig und geschafft, freudig in empfang nahmen. In san Jose waren wir schwimmen und haben Mittag gegessen bevor es dann wieder per Auto oder Zufuss zurück ging. Die Tour ging über Berge entlang der Küste und wir konnten uns gut unterhalten. Danach waren wir etwas geschafft aber konnten endlich die Marokkaner in Empfang nehmen die nach ihrer langen Reise endlich eingetroffen waren. Dann gab es nurnoch Abendessen bei dem wir die ersten Kontakte mit den Marokkanern genküpft haben und dann müde ins Bett gefallen sind.

قبل شهرين تصادفت مع منشور يهم تعبئة استمارة قصد المشاركة في نشاط ستنظمه جمعية اراسموس للتبادل الثقافي للشباب، الذي سيقام في مخيم كابو دي كاطا الميريا الاسبانية. وبعد نصف شهر تقريبا تلقينا دعوة على البريد الإلكتروني انه ثم اختيارنا من بين الاشخاص الذين سيشاركون في هاذا النشاط بجانب الوفد الألماني والإسباني وهي المرة الأولى التي اشارك فيها في عمل خارج المغرب ، لتكون رحلة البحث عن التأشيرة للدخول للأراضي الإسبانية التي لم تكن بالسهلة مما سبب لنا في التأخر عن موعد النشاط بيوم تقريبا ليكون موعد الإنطلاق من أكدز يوم 09/10/2021 علي الساعة 18مساءا نحو مدينة الدار البيضاء التي ستكون نقطة انطلاق الطائرة التي ستقلنا نحو ملقا الاسبانية ، وصلنا في اليوم الموالي لتكون الساعة 11:45 موعد اقلاع الطائرة بعد ساعة تقريبا وصلنا الي مطار ملغا الدولي لنجد سائق الحافلة الذي سينقلنا من المطار نحو مكان النشاط علي بعد كلمترات قليلة من مدينة الميريا الاسبانية ، حلما وصلنا وجدنا المسؤولين في الإستقبال ، بعد انتهاء مرحلة الاستقبال تكلف المسؤولون بالتعريف بالمكان الذي سنعمل فيه ومواقع النوم، اختار كل واحد منا مكان نومه، ليأتي موعد العشاء الذي تكلف به الوفد الإسباني حيث كان عشاءا اسبانيا جميلا يسوده جو من التعارف والمرح ،لعلاقتنا المتقاربة مع الأوربيين سواء الاسبانيين او الألمانيين، طالما كان لي شغف في البحث في ثقافتهم الرائعة والدخول في اعماق ثقافتهم سواء في ما يتعلق بالأكل والتواصل، اضافة الي الموسيقة واللباس التقليدي، لكون الثقافة الأروبية عريقة الى جانب الثقافة المغربية رغم الأختلاف هناك اواصر الترابط المثينة بين الثقافات، وهذه التجربة التي اخوضها حاليا تشعرني بالفخر في اكتشاف ثقافات جديدة وجعل الإختلاف مصدر ترابط بينهما

L'échange de jeunes est une activité pour les jeunes et c'est une chance pour eux de rejoindre aux autres afin d'échanger la culture, Quand j'ai entendu qu'une autre activité d'échange de jeunes, j'étais heureux pour cela et j'espérais participer aussi, car j'ai participé à la dernière en 2019, et c'était la meilleure expérience que j'ai jamais vécue, Parce que dans le dernier projet j'ai fait un travail bénévole signifie que j'ai appris des langues, j'ai découvert des cultures, j'ai rencontré des amis, quand j'ai postulé, j'ai été choisi pour participer, puis tous les amis demandent un visa avec l'aide de notre leader bien sûr, Bien que le visa ait été retardé,  nous n'abandonnons pas. Le voyage était trop long et c'était le premier voyage pour tous les participants dans l'avion alors on à pris des photos d'en haut,  nous récupérons nos vêtements et nous nous rendons à Casablanca au l'aéroport, Ensuite, nous sommes tous venus en avion à Malaga et nous sommes ravis de rencontrer de nouveaux amis. À notre arrivée, nous avons pris un bus pour Cabo De Gata lieu de notre travail, Nous étions si heureux de rencontrer des amis aussi comme eux,car ils nous montrent de beaux endroits ici nous avons vu piscine nous avons vu des tentes et nature nous découvrons l'endroit puis nous nous présentez notre nom, Et puis nous avons vu d'autres chambres et l'un des chefs nous a dit de choisir si nous voulions une tente ou une chambre puis nous organisons nos vêtements  et puis nous prenons le dîner, et nous nous parlons, partageant notre culture, notre langue, nos plats aussi, le dîner était tellement bon, c'était un plat espagnol, j'aime beaucoup ça. Et quand nous allons  pour coucher,  une fille d'Espagne et avec nous on a parlé de passe-temps et on fait une petite discussion sur ce qu'ils font quand on n'est pas arrivés eux, et elle m'a surpris en me disant qu'ils n'avaient pas commencé les ateliers ils nous attendaient.

Hi, I'm Jonatan, and I'm goin to tell you about the Saturday and Sunday. Saturday: We all get up early, we were tired from the Friday, we go to have breakfast and do the daily morning circle, we talk a little about all, and the cooking team give us the traditional Spanish food: Spanish omelet, empanadillas and Salmorejo. We have free time, later we go to the beach picking up the trash in the beach and the surroundings, we stay a little bit in the beach, and then we come back to have the dinner, cream of zucchini, salad and arepas. Sunday: This day was a little bit exhausting, like usually, we all get up to take the breakfast and have the morning circle, they told us that we are going to do a route from Los Escullos to San Jose beach. Before finish the route, we eat in the beach Tabulé and fruits. We come back to the camping to prepare the dinner and rest a little bit before the Moroccans come. We prepare for they beef stew and salmorejo.

Youth exchange 2021. Hello everyone , today i am going to talk about the Young exchange 2021 in Los Escullos (Almería). This exchange started the 8th of october, but the previous days we had to organization meetings in which we talk about the things needed to make this amazing project to be the best in years, also the coordinator (Jose Luis) wanted to explain to everyone a little how it was going to proceed in the beginning days as the time and place that they should be in the meeting point . Everyone met at Almeraya high school at 16:00 pm to get prepared and get ready all the things needed to make the first days more confortable to everyone, so when they arrived they started to wrap all the food which was prepared for the first days. When they finished with the food they got to the bus and headed to Los Escullos which is a camping in the natural park of Cabo de gata. When they got to the camping all the participants were divided into groups, the first group knew each other while they were pitching the tents and the second group were getting ready the dinner to everyone and in the same time they were enjoying the good company. They have prepared to the starters empanadas and Salmorejo to let them try the traditional Spanish food also for the dessert they enjoyed with fried milk and a variety of fruits.

Esta gran aventura da comienzo con el ¿Queréis vivir la mejor experiencia de vuestra vida? Así remarcaban nuestros compañeros Encarni y Jonatan, que nos contaban con gran emoción como les marco su intercambio en Marruecos, y así animar a nuevas personas a participar en este proyecto. Todo partía de un exigente proceso de selección que requería gente responsable, conocimientos previos de inglés y sobretodo con mucha ilusión y ganas. Y así el IES Almeraya, de la mano de Jose Luis y la colaboración de Pilar, reunió a 14 diversos alumnos que con gran deslumbramiento, estaban dispuesto a introducirse en este designio. Clases de refuerzo de inglés, búsqueda de tiendas de campaña y sacos de dormir y más, formaron parte de nuestra semana de preparación antes de partir En la primera reunión, nos conocimos un poco el grupo, señalando nuestras preferencias alimenticias y charlando sobre lo que necesitábamos llevar cada uno. En la segunda reunión, ya estábamos en la cuenta atrás del viaje, nerviosos, cerrábamos los últimos preparativos, no si antes, certificar que este proyecto era serio y demandaba formalidad y ganas de aprender, ya que lo esencial de este proyecto, es la inclusión y diversificación de todos las personas inmiscuidas, cultivando individuos tolerantes, pacientes, generosos y diligentes. Y así el viernes 8 de octubre, nos despertamos dispuestos a vivir esta aventura, estaba pronosticado que un autobús nos recogiera a la salida del Almeraya, a las 20:00 pero debido a un imprevisto, el vehículo marchaba a las 16:00. Entre confusiones y cambios de organización entre ir en autobús o coche particular, el grupo español tuvo el primer contacto con el alemán, congeniando al instante y arrancaron hacia el maravilloso parque natural de Cabo de gata, donde le esperaban en el camping de Los Escullos A su llegada, empezó el trabajo en equipo, montando las tiendas de campaña, compartiendo sacos de dormir a personas que no llevaban y así formando unas conexiones especiales de solidaridad y compañerismo Poco a poco fueron llegando todos, y así al finalizar el atardecer, tener estructurado el sitio de cada uno y poder degustar de nuestra primera cena en este intercambio. Salmorejo, empanadas de pisto y hasta leche frita, tuvimos el placer de paladear, sin olvidar las opciones veggies, ya que gran parte de nuestro grupo son veganos o vegetarianos. Mezclados en varias mesas, españoles y alemanes cenaron en plenitud, conociéndose, hablando de sus hobbies y riendo por nuestro fatídico inglés. Contamos historias, organizamos el día siguiente y sorprendentemente, formamos un grupo de compañeros y amigos que estarían juntos los próximos 14 días Con mucha emoción, y a la espera del grupo de marroquíes, cerrábamos la primera noche del Yout Exchange 2021.

12/10/2012, Almeria Volunteer days . At the morning as every day, we start our day with a breakfast that takes one hour,then we divided to the groups . I choose environnement workshop with JORG who decided to built a short wall by using a main steps of balance of stones that we learnt . In my opinion its a fantastic experience, because I lived in atmosphere of cooperation, understanding and hard work, then we took some minutes of rest for preparing for lunch, at that time we took the oportunity for speaking and introducing each others and also discovering one of the main spanish plate. At the evening me and some morrocains participants decided to learning swimming before go to the beach, so we took an hour in the pool, then we joint our friends to the beach for gathering scavengers and make the beach clean for the visitors. Next we make a group and discussing interesting topics, that make as exchanging our knowledge , ideas and opinion. All this made us benefit form each other. Finally we came back home to eat dinner and before we go to sleep we're discussing as a Maroccains participants some notes for making the work more well and confortable. Finally its a wonderful experience , I spend a enjoying time .

Martes día 12 de octubre de 2021 Hoy día martes hemos hecho de comer arroz con pollo y curry nos hemos divertido mucho por lo bien que nos llevamos todos, ya que todo son risas. Luego hemos ido a la playa a recoger basura encontramos muchas cosas como una red de pesca, botellas, latas, envoltorios y colillas. La mayoría de cosas estaban de camino pero aun así deberían recogerlo en vez de tirarlo al suelo o al mar, ya que contaminan el medio ambiente, provocando que muchos animales mueran al ingerir plástico. Ademas estuvimos recogiendo microplasticos. Después de recoger la basura hicimos debates hubo de tres tipos: -Administración del tiempo. -Diversidad de genero. -Critica histórica sobre el día de la hispanidad. Creo que fue un día increíble. Es una gran experiencia para aprender idiomas y conocer a personas increíbles

Tuesday the 12th Oct. 2021 After a restful night and good breakfast we splitted in the different workshops. The people in the documentation group were writing about the last day. The Cooking Crew made curry with chicken and rice (and a vegan version) for the lunch. And the environment group built a dry wall. It was quite difficult to find the perfect stones that fit to the other stones until it got stable enough. But it was funny to interact with the other participants. Replete from the lunch we went to the beach to collect more trash. It was suprising how much microplastic we found between the leaves and the sand on the beach. After that the cooking crew went back to the house to prepare the dinner and rest of the participants built groups for discussions at the beach were they talked about gender equality, dia de la hispanidad ( spanish holiday) and how to manage your time better. It was very interesting how different all the cultures think about these topics. Even on the way back to the campside we talked about it. At 8:30 we ate pumpkin soup for dinner. It was suuuper tasty and the cookers did a great job. Cause everyone was tired after this long and productive day we went to bed quite early at 11 pm.

Von Frika: 12. Oktober 2021, Youth Exchange Erasmus+ Report in Deutsch. Der Wecker scheuchte uns Nicht-Küchen-Verantwortlichen um 08:00 Uhr aus den Schlafsäcken. Eine halbe Stunde später saßen wir schon an den Tischen und schlugen uns am Buffet die Bäuche voll (ein spanischer Geheimtipp zum Nachmachen ist übrigens, in Tomatensaft und Olivenöl eingeweichtes Baguette, welches mit Tomaten, Salz und optional mit Käse belegt wird. Ist wirklich super lecker.) Danach begannen wir in unseren Workshops zu arbeiten. “Keramik” und “Body Language” fielen heute aus, da aufgrund des spanischen Nationalfeiertag (Kolumbus-Tag) kein Ton geliefert werden konnte und die Leiterin von “Body Language” den Mauerbau fotografisch dokumentieren wollte. Genau diese Mauer bauten die Jugendlichen im Workshop “environment” und am Ende war sie so stabil, dass man problemlos darauf laufen konnte. Ich persönlich hatte mich dem Küchen-Team zugeordnet, welches die Aufgabe hatte, ein leckeres Chicken-Curry zuzubereiten. Ich war mit für das vegane Essen verantwortlich. Es war ein wenig verwirrend und überfordernd, weil uns niemand so richtig erklären konnte, was wir eigentlich machen sollen. Das ist natürlich auch etwas kompliziert, wenn man nicht die selbe Sprache spricht und auch nicht jeder gut Englisch spricht und versteht. Aber wir machen das Beste draus. Und am Ende hatten wir es geschafft, ein ansehbares Curry mit Tofu zu servieren. Auch wenn ich zugeben muss, dass ich zwischenzeitlich etwas genervt von dem lauten Geschrei, der Musik, dem Gsinge und Getanze der Spanier war. So einer Atmosphäre in der Küche begegnet man in Deutschland nunmal eher selten. Aber im Allgemeinen bin ich super dankbar, einfach auch dafür, dass es jedesmal eine vegetarische/vegane Alternative gibt. Nach einer kleinen Mittagspause, machten wir uns mit Müllbeuteln bewaffnet zum Strand auf. Nur die Rettungsschwimmer*innen blieben mit einigen Marokkaner*innen zurück, um ihnen im Pool beim Schwimmen zu helfen. Auf dem Weg zum Strand, stimmte ich mit einigen anderen Deutschen das Marschlied “Ein Hut, ein Stock, ein alter Mann” an. Das war sehr amüsant, da die Spanier*innen und Marokkaner*innen, die hinter uns liefen, schrecklich verwirrt waren. Am Strand angekommen, war ich erstmal überwältig von der Kulisse. Es war bevölkt und sehr windig, weshalb auch viele hohe Wellen aufbrausten. Es sah einfach idyllisch aus. Sowieso ist die Umgebung hier super schön, auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick eher trocken und eintönig scheint. Am Strand sammelten wir dann Müll und spielten im Sand Fußball. Da ich Teil des Abendbot-Küchen-Teams war, musste ich früher gehen und konnte so nicht den Diskussionsrunden beiwohnen. Diese schienen aber auch sehr interessant zu sein, mitunter diskutierten Jugendliche verschiedener Nationen über den Kolumbus-Tag und ob man diesen nicht eher kritisch sehen sollte. Zum Abenbrot gab es Kürbissuppe und Salat. Diesmal lief es etwas geordneter ab als am Mittag. Im Allgemeinen war es wieder ein toller Tag. Und natürlich hatte ich viele witzige und interessante Konversationen mit den Marokkaner*innen und Spanier*innen.

في إطار يوميات التبادل التاقفي الشبابي الذي يعتبر صلة وصل بين جميع التقافات التي تشكيل هيكل هدا التجمع الشبابي، كان له الفضل في التجانس والتلاحم بين جميع الفئات المختلف، بختلاف توجهاتها الفكرية والعرقية. <br> فهذا اللقاء الشبابي المنضم من ضرف+ erasmus يعتبر كتسجيد لذلك التعايش والتابدل الفكري المبني على احترام الاخار تقافيا وعرقيا(التقافة الالمانية، التقافة الاسبانية، التقافة المغربية). لدا كان من الاجدر الحديت عن هدا التجانس والتعايش والتبادل والتعون الذي تتجل اساسيته من خلال جميع الورشات التي تم الاعتماذ عليها في ايضار هذا البرنامج الشبابي، نأخد منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ورشة البيئة، بعتبرها احد الورشات التي كان له الفضل في تجسيد ذالك  التجانس  من خلال التعاون بين الفئات المشكل للورشة  في بلورة وتحديد اهمية الحفاض على البيئة من خلال العمل الجماعي بين الفئات بختلاف توجهاتها  فالكل مرهون علئ الاخد بأهمية البيئة داخل الوسط. فالتعون للحفاض على المجال البيئ لايقتصر على جنس واحد او دول واحدة او عرق  فالكل مرهون بالعمل الجماعي والتعاون والتجناس للحفاض علئ المجال البيئ. فامن خلال البيئة نعيش ونحيا. ادن لنرفع شعار  -معا للحفاض على البيئة-. ون

Youth Exchange Erasmus + Rapport Nº6 Jour : 14 Octobre 2021 Lieu : Camping Un jour ensoleillé en vue, la braise du matin était parfaite en comparaison avec Venise d’où je viens où le temps est pluvieux et très froid. On a pris notre petit déjeuner en groupe, pour ensuite écrire nos noms concernant les workshops dans lesquels on veut participer, personnellement j’avais choisi “environment”, on a pu découvrir le système de recyclage utilisé dedans le camping, utilisant une machine très rare (6 machines dans toute l’Espagne). L’odeur était un peu désagréable mais la visite était très intéressante, ainsi qu’on a pu avoir beaucoup d’informations concernant le sujet, de la phase de décantation dans un centenaire qui peut supporter l’eau provenant de l’utilisation de 1.000 personnes, jusqu’à la phase des bactéries en provenance des États Unis qui nettoient l’eau en la phase finale. Après cette tournée, l’objectif de notre mission était de déraciner trois arbres pour les replanter ensuite. Notre mission était très fatigante et demandait beaucoup d’effort physique plus difficile avec la chaleur du matin. Le workshop contenait plusieurs personnes de différentes nationalités ce qui produit des conversations multiculturelles assez intéressante. Plus tard on a eu un déjeuner très copieux, des pâtes bolonaises ! Bien mangé et bien reposé, on a préparé le diner pour le soir, une soupe à base de poulet et du hummus.

13.10.2021 Wie jeder Tag begann auch dieser Tag mit dem Frühstück um 8:30 Uhr, wo wir auch wieder gemischt an den Tischen saßen und uns unterhielten. Nach dem Frühstück war Morning Circle und wir haben den Tagesplan sowie noch weitere Infos besprochen. Um ca. 10:30 Uhr starteten dann die verschiedenen Workshops. Am Vormittag gab es documentation, cooking (Mittagsessen vorbereiten) und environment. Ich persönlich war in enviroment wo wir am Anfang etwas über das Abwassersystem des Campingplatzes kennengelernt haben. Für viele war es trotz des üblen Geruchs sehr interessant. Nach dieser kurzen Führung haben wir selber Pflanzen bekommen, die wir einpflanzen sollten. Außerdem sollten wir auch kleine Bäume und kleine Palmen umpflanzen. Bei der Arbeit haben wir uns viel unterhalten. Die Arbeit haben wir bis zum Mittagsessen gemacht. Zum Mittagsessen gab es Nudeln mit Bolognese, wie immer entstanden beim Essen gute Gespräche. Nach der kurzen Mittagspause gab es statt documentation den Workshop body language bei dem ich mitgemacht habe. Es war sehr sehr interessant und wir haben alle unseren Körper etwas heruntergefahren sowie uns selber wieder etwas besser neu kennengelernt. Ines und Alberto haben, denke ich, uns allen in dieser Gruppe damit geholfen. Die enviroment Gruppe hat weiter Bäume ein- und umgepflanzt und als die Arbeit getan war eine kleine Gesprächsrunde zum Thema gender diversity abgehalten. In der Zeit der Nachmittagsworkshops haben unsere lifeguard/ Rettungsschwimmer den MarokkanerInnen wieder eine Schwimmstunde im Pool gegeben. Nach den Nachmittagsworkshops hatten wir eine Stunde Zeit um unsere Tagebücher zu vervollständigen oder einfach mal zu entspannen. Einige haben auch gemeinsam „Wer bin ich?“ gespielt. Nach der Suppe zum Abendessen haben wir noch gemeinsam gequatscht und gespielt. Ich denke wir waren alle geschafft und glücklich, danach im Bett oder auf der Isomatte zu liegen und zu schlafen.

Al empezar el día nos levantamos todos para desayunar juntos y después hicimos todos el morning circle y se hablará de los planes que se harán durante todo el día y siempre empezar el día con una sonrisa. Después tuvimos tiempo para inscribirnos en los talleres que nos gustan. Yo estuve en el taller de cocina para preparar el almuerzo. Preparamos pasta a la bolognesa. La gente era supertrabajadora y amable. Después del almuerzo me apunté al taller de body language que fue bastante divertido y relajante. Primero nos relajamos, era como una meditación. También bailamos con un sentido que te hace sentir como eres. También hicimos ejercicios de confianza con nuestros compañeros. Me gustaron estos ejercicios aunque no eran fáciles al principio. Cuando fuimos a la cena todos, antes de empezar a comer dos alemanes nos hicieron un concierto de percusión en unos bidones. Cenamos bastante bien una sopa de pollo con verdura y de postre un surtido de fruta. Y después los marroquíes empezaron a cantar canciones de su país, también con percusión. Me gusta mucho encontrarme aqui con gente que es igual de alegre como yo.

أمس 13 أكتوبر 2021 إيراسموس + مراسل شبابي. بالأمس قضيت يومًا رائعًا ، لذلك فقداستيقظت في الساعة 7:35 صباحًا وبدأت في المساعدة في إعداد وجبة الإفطار مع مجموعة من الأصدقاء الالمان والأسبان. بعد ذلك ذهبنا إلى مدينة قريبة من مخيم "لوس إسكييوس" لشراء بعض الفلفل الذي لم نتمكن من العثور عليه لتحظيروجبة الغذاء لليوم الموالي "الكسكس المغربي" ، وركبنا سيارة نحن نستمع و نصفق مع اللحن على أنغام الموسيقى الإسبانية. ووجدنا الفلفل والمكونات الأخرى. في طريق العودة إلى المخيم ، هناك الكثير من المناظر الجميلة التي يطير بها طائر في السماء بلا حدود. وأيضا يمكنك أن تشعر برياح البحر الباردة على وجهك . لدى عودتنا توجهت فورا إلى ورشة العمل المخصصة للغة الجسد اللتي أعشقها كثيرا،فهي تتكون من الرقص والمسرح للترويح عن النفس و التواصل مع الجسد . في هذه الورشة يمر الوقت سريعا و لم أتمكن من الشعوربه فقد مرت ثلاث ساعات بسرعة. توجهت بعد نهاية الورشة إلى المنزل للقاء الأصدقاء الألمان والإسبان و الخوض في حوارات مفتوحة ومشاركة الآراء بكامل الإحترام وهذا يجعلني أشعر بالإرتياح وعدم الخوف من مشاركة افكاري و معتقداتي في جو ملئ بالحب و التقدير. أحببت التجربة لهذا اليوم و بالطبع سأجرب أشياء جديدة في الأيام القبلة. أتمنى للجميع يوما سعيدا.

7:30, the alarm went off. So it was time to pack up the things in the tent and get up to brush our teeth, because at 8:00 o'clock for me and the rest of the kitchen team it was time to prepare breakfast. Tables were set, Moroccan tea and coffee were cooked. Shortly before eating, the fresh bread was brought from the supermarket, 60 baguettes for the participants and the teachers. After everyone had breakfast, there was the morning circle, where current topics and the course of the day were discussed. Then the workshops began. There were “Cooking”, “Documentation” and “Environment” to choose. I subscribed to the list for environment. But first there was a small tour in which it was about the filter systems and the ecology of the campsite. This is because the water is treated and renewed and the energy released is used to generate electricity. Because the campground is only supplied with the energy it generates. The Environment Group worked hard. Palm plants were removed from the stony ground with hoes and spades and replanted to beautify the parking lot. That was a show of strength. After that we were all looking forward to the pasta with bolognese and cheese. A meal without the German participants would not be able to live. And after all the Oriental dishes, a real treat for the palate. This was followed by further workshops. This was how they danced in body language and strengthened their confidence in the other participants. In the Workshop Environment they worked hard and planted again. And at the end there was a discussion round about gender diversity. Nanuk, Joseph and I led our own workshop which dealt with the learning to swim of our Moroccan companions. It was a lot of fun to see the first moves in the water and the progress. Compared to the day before, things were much better. And the joy of the participants was great. Afterwards I finished preparing dinner, there was chicken soup, and then as a lifeguard with the kitchen group to the sea. The view was very nice and there were in-depth conversations. Even after dinner. Because on the way to take away the garbage came the spontaneous idea to go back to the beach and listen to the sound of the waves. Due to the mixed group it was a very nice end to the day.

Le 14 octobre. 2021 Après un bon petit déjeuner, nous sommes séparés dans les différents ateliers. Nous avons fait le cercle du matin et expliqué ce que nous allons faire, j'étais avec le groupe environnemental, nous avons planté des arbres ... après cela, nous sommes retournés au déjeuner, c'était délicieux, nous mangeons de la coscoss marocaine. Après cela, j'ai participé à un autre atelier, Après cela, appelé langage corporel, nous avons appris à contrôler votre processus respiratoire et à détendre votre corps, c'était excellent ... Dans cet échange de jeunes, vous apprenez beaucoup de choses et apprenez à connaître de nombreux amis de différents pays, vous apprenez aussi à en savoir beaucoup sur leur culture... nous obtenons aussi beaucoup de plaisir Dans cet échange de jeunes, vous apprenez beaucoup de choses et apprenez à connaître de nombreux amis de différents pays, vous apprenez également à en savoir beaucoup sur leur culture... Thersday 14boct we woke up and eat breakfast and went to the morning circle to get tips from our teachers about what are we going to do ...As usual, every day we have a workshop related to the youth exchange program between the Spanish and German participants.m, I participated in the environment workshop with the rest of my colleagues. Of course, the work is always enthusiastic among us for a beautiful environmental city and creating a wonderful environmental breath for this region. All we did is plant trees on the arcade (combing ) which we are in and also inside it, we learned a set of skills related to the environment with the supervisor of the environmental workshops, especially planting trees and small plants, and after lunch, we went to the sea to collect waste that has nothing to do with nature, such as plastic and glass, and then we enjoyed the time with the participating colleagues, and our goal is always to preserve the beach And I am happy with the spirit of cooperation and hard work between us.

14.10.2021 Donnerstag Cabo de Gata Spanien Der heutige Tag begann wieder einmal 07:30 Uhr mit einem leckeren Frühstück bei aufgehender Sonne auf der Terrasse. Anschließend trafen wir uns alle um den Morgenkreis abzuhalten. An diesen morgendlichen Runden nehmen alle Freiwilligen des Projektes Teil um den bevorstehenden Tag zu besprechen. Auch an dem heutigen Tag wurden verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen angeboten, zwischen denen sich die Freiwilligen entscheiden konnten. Am Vormittag konnten sich die Freiwilligen zwischen den Workshop´s Gärtnern, Dokumentation und Kochen entscheiden. Die Gärtnergruppe hatte die Aufgabe, Hibiskuspflanzen am Rande eines Parkplatzes zu pflanzen. Anschließend pflanzten die Jugendlichen junge Lavendelbüsche und weitere Stauden auf dem Gelände des Campingplatzes. Die Kochgruppe bereitete währenddessen das Mittagessen zu. Serviert wurden ein veganes und ein aus Mischkost bestehendes Essen. Zum Essen gab es Couscous mit verschiedenen Gemüsesorten und Hähnchenfleisch. Nach dem gemeinsamen Mittagessen, bei dem die Jugendlichen sich über das bisher Erlebte austauschen konnten, ging ein Teil der Gruppe an den Strand, um den vom Meer angeschwemmten Müll einzusammeln. Der andere Teil der Gruppe übte währenddessen das Schwimmen im Schwimmbad des Campingplatzes. Hierbei ist eine fortwährende Verbesserung zu beobachten. Dies macht mich persönlich als Rettungsschwimmer sehr glücklich, da es meiner Meinung nach sehr wichtig ist schwimmen zu können. Nach diesem Erfolgserlebnis gingen die Teilnehmer des Schwimmkurses ebenfalls an den Strand. Nach dem sich auch die anderen Teilnehmer abkühlen konnten, gingen alle gemeinsam zurück um das Abendessen vorzubereiten. Das Kochteam bereitete hierfür einen Salat mit Meeresfrüchten vor. Nach vielen sehr interessanten Gesprächen unter den Teilnehmern wurde der Tag offiziell um 22:00 Uhr durch die Projektleiter beendet. Durch die Anstrengung des heutigen Tages waren alle sehr erschöpft und begaben sich in die Zelte um zu schlafen.

14.10.2021 Empezamos nuestro día ya desde temprano con un gran desayuno, este fue especial, ya que comimos napolitanas de chocolate, algo totalmente diferente a lo que solíamos desayunar y que a todos nos pilló por sorpresa. Sin saberlo, un día más nos estábamos llenando de energía para afrontar otro maravilloso día con los chicos. Nuestra mañana continuó con el morning circle, en el cual hablamos sobre las experiencias que vivimos el día anterior y como nos están haciendo crecer poco a poco, en resumen, lo que está significando para nosotros cada uno de los días que estamos pasando aquí. Tras esto, comienza nuestro día, nos dirigimos al punto de encuentro para empezar el taller de medioambiente, cogemos los materiales necesarios y empezamos con ello. Nos disponemos a plantar suculentas en el camping, nos dividimos en dos grupos más pequeños para avanzar mejor y dividir el trabajo. Los compañeros son excepcionales, y plantamos con todo nuestro cariño las plantas que nos dio Jörg. Estábamos agotados y deseando probar la deliciosa comida que los compañeros marroquíes nos tenían preparada, couscous. Además los responsables de cocina se vistieron con trajes típicos, hicieron que la comida fuese aún mejor debido al gran empeño que pusieron. Retomamos fuerzas de nuevo y seguimos con nuestro día, esta vez vamos caminando a la playa y recogemos basura, ganando una vez más mucha consciencia de lo mal que lo hacemos tirando cosas al suelo y lo dañino que es tanto para animales como para el medio en el que nos encontramos, con esto damos por finalizado el taller de medioambiente y casi el día de hoy. Por último cenamos ensalada de marisco, estaba muy buena. Y después cada uno de nosotros nos fuimos a las tiendas a descansar. Tuvimos un día muy intenso que nos sirvió muchísimo para aprender sobretodo del medioambiente, como comportarnos adecuadamente y como trabajar mejor en equipo. Cada vez estamos estrechando más la relación con los compañeros y creo que eso es maravillo, poder compartir nuestra cultura con ellos y viceversa y aprender tantísimo en este poco tiempo es lo más bonito que nos da este proyecto.

Empezamos la fría mañana con una ducha calentita y los comentarios de ¿Que tal has dormido? Los desayunos suelen ser mi parte favorita del día, y en el de hoy, fue tranquilo, relajante y delicioso, los compañeros germanos trajeron de sus tierras, diferentes salsas y cremas veganas, que comparten con nosotros, al igual que los marroquíes con su maravilloso té. La mañana continuó con el rutinario Morning cicle, donde comentamos los puntos del día. En nuestro 25 minutos libres, antes de comenzar el workshop mañanero, hicimos una sesión de baile, terminando con una danza de nuestros monitores Alberto e Iris. El primer workshop fue Envaroiment, en la cual nos enseñaron las principales funciones del reciclaje, ya que el tema principal del camping es el ecologismo. A su vez volvíamos a la biblioteca para estudiar y acabar trabajos para poder ir a comer. Espaguetis a la boloñesa era el plato principal del día, dejando a todos los niños contentos. Al terminar el horario de comida, nos dirigimos a nuestro segundo workshop del día, Body Language, el cual nos dejo a todos una huella, ya que conectamos con personas que quizás no habíamos tenido nada de interacción, nos relajamos y pudimos aflorar nuestros sentimientos, sin duda, una experiencia que le recomendaría a cualquiera. Y después de una ducha, fuimos a cenar y nos sorprendimos con la intro de batería que montaron Lisa y Joseph, sin duda, no paran de sorprendernos y al final de la cena, Panachi y sus compañeros nos deleitaron con su música casera. Finalmente el fin de la noche se acerca y luego de limpiar todos los platos, nos juntamos todos los compañeros para charlar, reír y seguir pasándolo bien.

Fin de semana en el camping: Sábado 9: comienza el día a las 8:30 con el desayuno-buffet de los alemanes, seleccionan una rama más healthy con productos realizados artesanalmente como son las mermeladas, quesos y panes, después realizaron la primera actividad que desarrollarán a diario a lo largo de estas dos semanas llamada “morning circle”. En esta actividad se informa a los componentes del proyecto sobre las actividades a realizar en el día, horarios e información relevante, se les informa tanto en inglés como español y arabe, aunque este último todavía no se ha puesto en práctica ya que los componentes procedentes de Marruecos no llegan hasta el domingo 10 por la tarde noche. Comienzan con un juego para realizar las presentaciones en inglés completamente, este juego consistía en pasar una pelota a los participantes y a medida que va pasando por los jugadores hacen una pequeña presentación sobre sí mismo, diciendo nombre, edad, estudios, hobbys, etc. Una vez acabado el juego se tuvo tiempo libre hasta la hora de comer, en la que se comieron productos típicos españoles, como el salmorejo, tortilla de patatas, empanada de pisto, leche frita y fruta de postre acompañado del pan alemán de nuestros compañeros alemanes. Después de realizar un descanso que precedió a la actividad del día. Esta actividad consiste en ir a la playa de los Escullos a recoger plásticos y microplásticos, con unas bolsas hechas a mano por Iris la representante del grupo alemán, que fueron hechas con unas cortinas y sábanas. Una vez terminada dicha actividad, había tiempo libre para bañarse en la playa, descansar, hablar, etc. Ya en el camping es el momento de cenar, ahí tuvimos la comida típica de Venezuela, arepas, realizada por una chica llamada Annie, que viene de origen Venezolano, con ayuda de los cocineros del centro I.E.S. Almeraya, entre otras cosas como ensalada, crema de calabacín y de postre fruta con leche frita. A partir de terminar de cenar y fregar el menaje cada uno podía andar por libre. Domingo 10: comienza el día con el desayuno y se avanza hasta el morning circle, en el cual, se cuenta que se va a realizar una ruta de senderismo hasta San José. Comienza el recorrido que discurre por un sin fin de vistas maravillosas propias de la orografía de Almería y hubo un par de paradas una de ellas en una casa abandonada en la cual se grabaron los nombre de los asistentes y muchas fotos para el recuerdo. Una vez se llegó al destino comieron tabulé y fruta para reponer fuerzas e ir a nadar a la cala de la higuera y pasar el tiempo libre hasta que llegara el momento de volver. En este momento estaban llegando los marroquíes y se realizaron unas presentaciones superficiales antes de la cena, en la cual había productos árabes como ternera a la jardinera, dátiles y té, también de guarnición hubo tabulé. Por último, limpiamos los platos, hablamos con todos y deseando que llegara el día siguiente, porque ya comenzaban los talleres en los cuales nos apuntamos esa misma noche.

ERASMUS+ YOUTH EXCHANGE CABO DE GATA TASTE OF DIVERSITY YOUTH CREATIVITY FOR SOCIAL AND CLIMATE JUSTICE 15TH OCTOBER Today, I woke up too early. I thought it would be a good idea to keep my “Youth Exchange Diary” up to date. After that, it was breakfast time, so we all went to the terrace to eat something. There were some workshops for the morning but I stayed at the rural house cause I was in the cooking team for the dinner and we wanted to start before, so we could finish before and rest some time. We peeled and cut onions, apples and potatoes to make a German potatoe salad. It was funny because while we were cooking, we talked and laughed. It’s perfect, beacuse that is the way we know each other better. We also played some beautiful music (I love Bonnie Tayler and “Los Tigres del Norte”). For the lunch, I ate “Patatas a lo pobre” a traditional Spanish dish (French fries with onions and peppers). In the afternoon, I stayed at the rural house talking with Christopher about interesting facts of the history and also about our favourites series (“Friends”, “How I Met Your Mother“, “Modern Family”, “Los protegidos”, etc). Later, Imy joined us and appart from giving her a Spanish lesson, we talked about the differences between our cultures. I enjoyed a lot those talks, that’s one of the things I like the most from this project, learning new things and making friends. After that, I continued cooking the dinner. Suddenly, we had to stop because there was a surprise with music for Jose Luis, it was his birthday. We had a lot of fun dancing and dancing (August, Imy, another Moroccan girl and me, danced “Paso Doble”, a traditional Spanish dance). To end, we saw a movie (“Barbie”, of course in English) all together in the living room and then we had dinner (I ate the German salad and seitan). Definitively, it was a day to remember.

This morning, when we gathered for breakfast the weather was real nice and not to windy. With this good start in the day we exchanged information in the morning circle for today that everybody stays updated. The special thing was, that one of the main Spanish leaders of the project, José turned 40 this day. So we had while breakfast a singing session and wished him all the best. Later the workshops began and today was planed a free evening, to relax or party. Due to that, the cooking workshop prepared the lunch and the dinner at the same time, so that everybody could enjoy their freetime in the afternoon. For lunch we had a real Spanish dish with fried potatoes and which was just delicious and in opposite to that, for dinner we ate German potato salad with meatballs. For myself it was a more relaxed day because I had a cold and relaxed more, but during this time I had some interesting talks with other persons and as a result, I now have a Spanish series I want to watch to improve my Spanish skills. In the afternoon some people went to the pool or did some activities. But at six p.m. the band for the birthday party arrived and since then the biggest part of the group celebrated into the night the special day, also together with the family of José. The music was really interesting for me, because in the band there were drums and a bunch of brass instruments and we have these in Germany too but it is not common that they play on a party, which made it to an awesome experience. But parallel in another location the rest of the group watched a movie. And summarized I found it a really wholesome day, which we used really well.

Sommer, Sonne, Sonnenschein. Ganz nach diesem Motto startete unser Freitag um 8:30 Uhr mit dem Frühstück. In den meisten Gesichtern konnte man die Anstrengungen der Vortage erkennen. Denn das viele Arbeiten und die ständige Bewegung an der frischen Luft schlauchte langsam. Doch trotzdem wurde an den Frühstückstischen gelacht und geschnattert. Denn es gab etwas zu feiern, den Geburtstag von José Luis. Und es war nicht irgendein Geburtstag, es war der 40. Geburtstag! Es gab Kerzen und Gesänge, die im Anschluss an das Frühstück dargeboten wurden. Doch durch die sehr durchgeplante Tage hatten wir nicht so viel Zeit für Pausen und somit ging es gleich wieder weiter im Terminplan mit dem ,,Morning Circle''. Hier passierte etwas unerwartetes für uns, denn aus dem Tag indem früh und abends Workshops geplant waren wurde ein Tag mit nur einem Workshop früh und einem freien Nachmittag. Die Freude war groß. Doch dies benötigte auch viel Aufmerksamkeit und Organisation, denn wenn eine Gruppe einen freien Nachmittag möchte, dann sollten den auch alle bekommen. Somit musste für die Kochgruppe umstrukturiert werden, damit nicht abends welche in der Küche stehen müssen, wenn andere frei haben. Der Kompromiss nannte sich: wir kochen Mittagessen und Abendessen zusammen und nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander. Ich war in der Kochgruppe für das Mittagessen, es gab Kartoffelscheiben mit Gemüse und dazu fritiertes Lammfleisch. Das vorzubereitende Mittag war Deutscher Kartoffelsalat. Als weitere Workshops gab es noch Bodylanguage, Documentation und Environment zur Auswahl. Nach dem Mittagessen spaltete sich die Wege. Viele gingen in den Pool baden oder genossen die Sonne am Meer. Doch ich fuhr mit vier anderen Deutschen nach San José um uns die Stadt an zu schauen, baden zu gehen und ein bisschen durch die Läden zu bummeln. Wir genossen mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick jeder ein Eis. Nachdem wir eigentlich 18:00 abgeholt werden sollten und dies nicht so schnell geschah verpassten wir leider den Anfang der offiziellen Geburtstagsparty von José Luis. Doch anstatt Trübsal zu schieben gingen wir in den Supermarkt und setzten uns bis zu unserer Abholung in eine kleine Bar. Nach dem die Sonne unterging erwachte die Stadt auch langsam zum Leben, die Lichter gingen an und immer mehr Läden öffneten. Ein sehr schönes Phänomen. Nach ca 2,5h Verspätung wurden wir dann auch eingesammelt und es ging zur Party. Es war wundervoll. Es wurde gesungen und getanzt, eine Band spielte. Ein toller Tagesausklang, der die Gruppe näher zusammenbrachte.

Ya llevamos una semana en esta aventura y hoy fue mi turno de preparar el desayuno. Llegue unos minutos tarde y también otras compañeras, pero aun así el desayuno se terminó a tiempo antes de que todos se reunieran en las mesas. En el “morning circle” se dieron aclaraciones sobre los talleres y que por la tarde dispondríamos de tiempo libre. Por la mañana mi taller elegido fue "body languange" y la temática fue trabajar la voz; fue muy emocionante y con sentimientos encontrados por parte de varios compañeros al realizar los diferentes ejercicios, uno muy interesante fue realizar un circulo y dentro estaban cuatro personas que escucharon la melodía de “OM” de cada uno que formaba el circulo. Y otro ejercicio, fue que cada uno tuviera un sonido característico que luego estos sonidos se combinaron y en conjunto se hizo como una melodía bastante variada. La tarde libre se pasó muy rápido, disfruté de la piscina y puse en orden la tienda de campaña, y al finalizar la tarde un grupo tradicional de músicos estuvieron alegrando nuestro día. Una pequeña celebración de cumpleaños para el coordinador del proyecto del grupo de españoles; esta fiesta sorpresa fue organizada por toda su familia, una tarde de diversión, bailes increíbles e inolvidables momentos, dejando llevar cada uno su cuerpo al ritmo de la música. Aunque por un momento creía que el día terminaría mal para mi, por un suceso incómodo, no fue así gracias al resto de compañeros que se unieron a la fiesta un poco mas tarde todo terminó muy bien. Así es esto, la convivencia cada día se va haciendo más complicado con los días, pero pienso que la clave para entendernos todos es la comunicación y empatía con el resto. Nos quedan varios días por compartir, aprender y llevarnos a casa una de las mejores experiencias para nuestra vida.

Ghizlane AIT EL MADANI J’ai 20 ans. Je participé au programme d’échange de jeunes «youth creativity for social and climate justice», le 15 octobre. 2021, nous avons passé une journeé amusante car je me suis réveillé á 7h00 et j’ai pris un petit-déjeuner en groupe avec la délégation espagnole et allemande, nous nous sommes divisés en différents ateliers. Nous avons fait le circle du matin et expliqué ce que nous allons faire, j’étais avec le groupe de cuisine, j’ai aidé á cuisiner des plats espagnols…. C’était trop cool. Aprés le déjeuner, tout le monde avait du temps libre, donc certaines sont allées à la plage et d’autres pour faire du sport, et pendant que tout le monde était occupé, la famille de JOSÉ LUIS lui apporté une surprise pour son anniversaire et nous avons fêté et dansé avec la musique. C’était tellement merveilleux, une atmosphère pleine d’amour et d’affection, puis nous sommes allés diner et endormi. Finalement, l’échange de jeunes est une activité et une chance pour les jeunes de rejoindre aux autres afin d’échanger la culture, et pour cela je conseille tout le monde de participer à de tels programmes dans un souci d’harmonie culturelle.

معاد بختار 24 سنة مشارك في برنامج التبادل الثقافي لسنة 2021 في الميريا أسبانيا، كل مايمكنني القول أن البرنامج كان فرصة للمشاركين لتبادل الثقافة ، الخبرة والتجارب بين المشاركين المغاربة ،الألمان والإسبان.نحن الان في اليوم السادس في البرنامج. بالنسبة لليوم 15-10-2021 كنت قد دونت اسمي في الائحة للمساعدة في اعداد الافطور و فعلا استيقظت باكرا (7:30) و قمت باعداد الشاي المغربي باللويزة، بعد تناول الفطور و اعتدنا الجلوس في المائدة مع الالمانين و الاسبانين و تبادل الحديث في موضوع معين.و بعدها يقوم كل واحد منا بغسل أوانه للذهاب الى الدائرة الصباحية من اجل الاجتماع الجماعي لشرح البرنامج اليومي و اخد بعض الآراء على اليوم السابق كيف امضيناه، بالنسبة لي اخترت المشاركة في ورشة البيئة و للمرة التانية نضرا لحبي الكبير للطبيعة و بالأخص غرس الاشجار و سقيها، و في اخر الورشة قمنا بمناقشة موضوع و الاجابة على بعض الأسئلة من طرف مؤطر الورشة(يورك Joerg) و بالفعل تفاعلنا معه و استغرقت المناقشة 45 دقيقة تقريبا في جو هادي و رائع. و في المساء بعد تناول الغداء من تقديم الاسبانين كان لدينا وقت فارغ لانه في المساء كانت حفلة بمناسبة عيد ميلاد شخص قدم الكثير للمنظمة و يحبة الجميع و انا ايضا احببته و هو (خوسي لويس José Luis) من اجل هذه الحفلة اخدت قصت من الراحة و بعد ان استيقظت دهبنا الى الملعب للمشاركة في بعض الالعاب الجماعية، انا تطوعت و اقترحت لعبة مغربية و قد استمتعنا بها جميعا الى ان جاء وفد من افراد عائلة لويس مع فرقة موسيقية و هدايا و دهبنا للمشاركة ايضا و كان الكل يرقص و يغني و مستمتع، غنينا نحن المغاربة بالامازيغية و العربية، و استمرت الامسية الى 22:30 بعد ان كان الكل متعب من الرقص، بعدها تناولنا العشاء. و في الأخير اود ان اعبر عن مدى إعجابي بهذه التجربة و الفرصة التي أتيحت لي للمشاركة في برنامج التبادل الشبابي المنظم في اطار برنامج ايراسموس+ و بدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي، كلماتي عجزت عن التعبير عن مشاعري تجاه البرنامج و المشاركين ..و أخيرا اتوجه بأخلص العبارات لمنظمة اكدز متطوعون بلا حدود.

16.10.2021 Wegen den Missverstaendnissen der letzten Tage fing der Tag nicht mit Fruehstueck sondern mit einem “Krisen Morning Circle” an. Es ging um das Filmen, Fotos machen und Nummern weitergeben. Mit welchem die Deutschen und Spanier die Marokkaner beschuldigten. Es gab viel Versoehnung und wir waren gluecklich dass, das Thema danach erstmal geklaert war. Danach gingen wir alle hungrig zum Fruehstueck. Nach dem essen gab es einen zweiten kurzen Morning Circle indem wir alle gemeinsam getanzt haben sowie der Keramik Workshop angekuendigt wurde. Ausser dem Keramik Workshop fanden die ueblichen Workshops cooking, documentation und environment statt. In environment wurden die letzten Baeume gepflanzt. Es war also die letzte Chance diesen Workshop zu besuchen. In Keramik begannen wir Teile fuer skulpturen zu bauen, diese Skulpturen sollen dann am Ende in der Schule in Almerya ausgestellt werden. Es hat sehr viel Spass gemacht denn einige haben lange nicht mehr mit Ton gearbeitet oder noch nie. Nach dem Mittagsessen gab es body language und Keramik sowie cooking als Workshop. Ich war wieder in Keramik und habe meine Figur fertiggestellt. Nach den Workshops gab es wieder die Pause bis zum Abendessen. Dieses Zog sich auch nach hinten da auch die restlichen Mahlzeiten spaeter anfingen und endeten. Diese Zeit nutzte ein Spanischer Schueler sein Talent im Freestyle rappen zu zeigen. Alle waren begeistert und auch etwas ueberrascht. Nach dem essen welches heute mal Suess war haben wir uns noch ein bisschen unterhalten. Und sind letzteendlich erschoepft schlafen gegangen.

Saturday, the 16th of October: This morning was a bit different to the others, because we did our morning circle before the breakfast. But it wasn’t a normal morning circle, compared to the days before. In the past few days things happened which made members of our group feel uncomfortable. The problem was that the germans and the spanish people had prejudices against morrocan people because they thought that the Moroccans were taking pictures of other without their consent. But this wasn’t correct so we felt so bad that we were judging over people, without knowing their intention. So we decided to come together to explain our point of view to the moroccan people and most importantly to apologize for our prejudical and inconsiderate behavior. Fortunately the Moroccans accepted our apologize and so were able to start the day with a breakfast, we all were really looking forward to because our stomaches were grumbleing. After the breakfast we met again for a second morning circle to plan the day. We were already one hour behind our reguarly schedule but there was time for a quick dancing session. The happy message was that the clay for the ceramic workshop had finally arrived. So for the first time the ceramic workshop could take place. The other workshops were „Environment“, for the last time we were planting trees and the third workshop was „Documentation“, as everyday. And of course there was a cooking group in which I was in. For the lunch there was a soup made of lentils and potatoes. But we had to buy some groceries from the nearby city. So Jose Luis, asked some of the moroccans and me to come with him to buy the things we needed. Meanwhile the other part of the cooking group prepeared the meal. As we came back, the lunch was almost ready and the other workshops already finished, so we had some time to play games, that were typical for the different cultures. After the lunch, we started in the second part of the day. The workshops at the afternoon were „Bodylanguage“ and „Ceramic“. I was in the Bodylanguage workshop, which i really enjoyed. We did some exercises, which were all about the mimic. For example describing objects or persons just with our body espressions and without any voice. At 7p.m. the workshops were over and we had some time until the dinner. While we were waiting, a spanish person began a freestyle rap concert, which was really impressive to see. For the dinner we had a traditional morrocan meal. It was noodles with almonds, sugar, cinammon and a sweet yoghurt. It tastet really interesting, because most of us weren’t used to eat noodles with a sweet topping. After the dinner most of the people were really tired. So most of us went to bed a bit earlier than reguarly.

Sonntag, 17.10.21 Nach einem leckeren Frühstück war der tägliche Morning Circle an der Reihe. Heute haben uns die Marokkaner ein neues Spiel vorgestellt: Honga. Ein lustiges Gruppenspiel, bei dem es um Schnelligkeit und Aufmerksamkeit geht. Wer ein Fehler macht fliegt raus. Danach waren wir beim Keramik Workshop. Jeder hat ein Teil für ein großes Gesamtwerk getöpfert, bei dem es darum geht die 17 Ziele für nachhaltiges Leben zu visualisieren. Das Endprodukt wird vor der Schule in Almeria aufgestellt. Der Workshop war entspannt und jeder konnte sich kreativ entfalten. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Mittagessen mit marokkanischen Spezialitäten, das uns im Taschin serviert wurde. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Anschließend war kurze Pause nach der es gleich mit den Nachmittagworkshops weiter ging. Wir waren bei Body Language dabei. In diesem Workshop geht es darum Vertrauen zum eigenen Körper und zur Gruppe zu gewinnen oder zu festigen. Dafür haben wir verschiedene Übungen und Spiele gemacht. Zum Beispiel mussten wir uns blind, nur mit Geräuschen gesteuert, durch den Raum bewegen. Zum Ende konnten wir uns bei einer Kopfmassage und Meditationsmusik entspannen. Anschließend wurden wir vom Abendbrot-Kochteam mit einer kleinen Dinnerparty überrascht. Es wurde ein Tanz aus jedem Land vorgestellt. Dann konnte jeder tanzen wie er wollte bis wir raus geschmissen wurden.

يوم مغربي بكل المقاييس بالديار الإسبانية، مشروع التبادل الثقافي بين الاصدقاء الالمان والاسبان والمغاربة قمنا كمجموعة مغربية ممزوجة بمشاركه اسبان والمان وكان عددهم 10 مشاركين حيث اعددنا الطاجين المغربي "اللحم والبرقوق" مرفوق بطبق ثانوي "الزعلوك" وفي الأخير تم تقديم الاكلة المغربية بالزي المغربي الاصيل و موسيقى الاندلس راقت للكل حيث نال الطباق اعجاب الجميع، وأثناء الاعداد تم شرح و تقديم معلومات عديدة للمشاركين حول المكونات وطريقة الاعداد مع اكتساب كلمات جديدة للمجموعة ككل حيث تبادلنا اسماء المكونات باللغات المشاركة في البرنامج مما يساعد على زرع روح المجموعة بين المشاركين و تسهيل المأمورية وما اثار الاعجاب في الورشة هو طريقة تفاعل الكل والرغبة فالتعلم عن طريق طرح الأسئلة على نحو ماهذا؟ كيف؟ لماذ؟... ومرت الاجواء في جوي عائلي ممزوج بالافادة والاستفادة ، وبعد الانتهاء من الاكل اخذنا بعض الصور مع المشاركين بشكل متنوع كما ابلغ عن اعجابه بالزي والاكل معا.

Hier, nous avons fait une tournée d'inspection à neuf heures du matin, lorsque nous avons visité le parc naturel cabo de gata et rencontré des mentors afin d'expliquer et de guider ce qui est riche dans la région de ce qui est historique et naturel , le guide a expliqué des images et des dessins de différents oiseaux de l'intérieur du musée avec quelques noms sur Mais sans s'y limiter. Puis nous nous sommes déplacés aux abords du musée, où se trouvent les arbres et les plantes avec l'explication et l'interprétation du guide qui n'a toujours pas lésiné sur l'information en continu.Avec le groupe en charge de préparer le déjeuner pour les participants le côté de la mer, le lieu pour manger le déjeuner de groupe avant d'aller à la piscine...

اليوم 19/10/2021 إستيقضت على الساعة السابعة صباحا وقمت بالمساعدة في إعدادالشاي و الحليب الساخن بعد ذلك تناولنا وجبة الفطور. قمت بغسل صحني و الأستعداد لورشة العمل في الطبيعة. دقت الساعة التاسعة صباحا و كانت بإنتضرنا حافلة لإقلالنا نحو شاطئ لابلايارو لإلتقاط و تنظيفه من مخلفات وبقايا البلاستيك المضرة بالنظام البيئي للحياة البحرية في طريقنا إلي الشاطئ إستمتعنا بمناظر المحيط الشاسع والبواخر التي ترى كأنها تبحر في الأفق عند وصولنا كانت هنالك سيدة بأنتظارنا و هي عالمة متخصصة في حماية الحياة البحرية من البلاستيك الذي يهدد حياة المئات من الحيوانات البحرية تجمعنا بجانب الشاطئ وشرحت السيدة بعض النقط للعمل و كذلك كيفية تقليل مخلفات البلاستيك عن طريق جمع المعلومات من خلال تجميع النفايات البلاستيكية و عزلها حسب النوعية و الحجم للحصول على معلومات أكثر فقد كنت سعيدا جدا في الحد او التقليل من من آثار البلاستيك في مياه البحر والتي قد تسبب في مشاكل للحيوانات والإنسان على حد سواء بعد ساعتين من التعلم عن كيفية حماية الحياة البرية وصل وقت طعام الغذاء فقد كان الطعام لذيذا و صحيا مع فاكهه. بعد انتهاء وجبة الغذاء توجهنا إلى متحف يعرض آثار اعمال الحفر والتعدين من باطن الأرض. أيضا تعرفنا هناك عن كيفيةتكون البراكين عن طريق تحرك الصفائح التكتونيةللأرض. كانت هنالك ايضا وثائق محفوظة تبرع بها عمال هذا المنجم والتي يعود عمرها إلى سنة 1962و كذلك بعض الأدوات التقليدية التي أستعملت في صهر و إستخراج المعادن النفيسة. بعد نهاية الزيارة إستقللنا الحافلة للرجوع إلى المخيم. بعد وصولنا بنصف ساعة قام بعض الأصدقاء الألمان بسؤالي ما إذا كنت اود لعب كرة القدم معم في الملعب فقلت نعم بالطبع و كذلك تمت دعوت الأصدقاء الإسبان للعب و كان جو اللعب حماسيا و مليئا بالضحك. بعد نصف ساعة من اللعب إنتهت المباراة و توجهنا للمسبح معا. وكذلك شاركت في ورشة لغة الجسد لإنهاء رحلة اليوم ببعض من التأمل مع الصديقين الحميمين ألبيرتو و إناس اللذان اكن لهما الكثير من الحب و الإفتخار. تناولنا وجبة العشاء بعد إنتهاء الورشة وشاهدنا كذلكفيديوهات من أرشيف مشروع 2020 الذي أقيم بالمغرب بمدينة أكدز وأنا ممتن لفريف العمل وكذلك منظمة إراسموس بلاس وكذلك جمعية متطوعون بلا حدودو شكرا للجميع. اتمنى للجميع يوما طيبا

بعد ثلات ايام من وصولي لمخيم لوس اسكيوس واجهت مشكلة كبيرة بالنسبة لي و هي كذلك بالنسبة لمستعملي أو بالأحرى مدمني مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي. فقد توقف هاتفي عن العمل وكنت في حيرة من أمري لأنني استعمل هاتفي الذكي كثيرا في التواصل او التصوير او اشياء أخرى. فقد كان صعبا ومملا في نفس الوقت الا أمتلك هاتفا يمكنني من التواصل و تصفح مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كفايسبوك و انستغرام، اود القول أن كلمة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي كذبة محضة لأنها مواقع سرقة الوقت و تخريب العقول وتجعل منك مستهلكا بشكل كبير فأنا اتسوق بشكل كبير من الأنترنيت. بعد اربع وعشرين ساعة بدأت احس ببعض النقص في يومي وهذا النقص يعني المزيد من الموقت الذي كنت اضيعه على مواقع التواصل. بعض وقت وجيز بدأت احس ببعض التحسن رغم عدم وجود الهاتف الذكي بيدي، فقد جائت في بالي فكرة وهي لماذا لا اتخلص من هذه العاهة التي يسببها الهاتف المحمول لعقل. الإنسان ويجعله متلقيا فقط لما يعيشه الآخرون. بعد اسبوع احسست بتحسن كبير وبدأت اعيش و احس بكل لحضة اتحركها وأن اعيشها أنا بنفسي لا أن استعمل هاتفي في توثيق هذه اللحضات،الشيء الذي يطرح نقصا لي شخصيا في كيفية عيش حياة خالية من مواقع التواصل. فبعد تجربة عشرة ايام بدون هاتف ذكي احسست عمق الإدمان الذي تعرضت له. وأيقنت بضرورة التخفيف من إستعمال مواقع التواصل،فرب ضارة نافعة كما يقول المثل وأود الختم ان الهواتف الذكية جعلتنا اغبياء كفاية لنصبح مفعولا به و ليس فاعلا وتتم قيادتنا كقطيع كبير وجعلنا مستهلكين بشكل لم نتوقعه من قبل.
