Solidarity
What nature taught me about solidarity...
O Bright Moon, Hangeth low in the dark sky
Look down below, From the heavens high.
What do you see, O What do you see?
Humans changing faces, Like you and your phases.
War and tyranny, Famine and conspiracy
Corruption and poverty, inciting pity.
It is dark here, just as your dark sky,
So teach us now, as the time is nigh.
How to be thee and the stars up above,
Different yet working together to provide light.
Solidarity, they say is an act of harmony
Teach us to unite amidst the cacophony.
And shine and let shine.
O Calm Water, Flowing with grace and might.
Teach us to hold hands,
And shake the foundation of Corruption.
Cleansing and moulding the generations to come,
As you make way through barren land.
Solidarity, they say is unanimity.
As you sway and topple civilizations,
Teach us to win over tribulations.
O Fiery Fire, Consuming all in thy rage.
Teach us, the power of unity
From spark to flame, flame to purging sanctity.
Solidarity, they say is an act of camaraderie.
As you ravish enraged and purify the unclean,
Let us stand together and make the world pristine.
