Everyone who is at least a little interested in design and architecture must know the term Bauhaus, modernist art school founded in 1919 by Walter Gropius in Weimar, Germany. It was the 20th century’s most influential school of architecture and design. This year, the Bauhaus is celebrating its 100s anniversary and its design and ideas remain relevant to this day.
