It's up to me! Training for trainers
Have you ever wondered how to be a trainer? What makes you a good facilitator? What skills you have to improve in order to step on international level? I found answers attending the training course for trainers.
Time is passing. Time is changing. And now it's my time to make a change.
I have started my volunteering way since I was in a high-school. And I was always a person who organizes things, but not a participant. I held so many groups during the camps and fesivals that I can't even remember all of them. Then I got into my University, after 5 years I became a stage-director, which means also that I was always in charge about everything on a stage. Then I worked as an event-manager, I organized around 300 events in my city: concerts, festivals, board-games competitions, discussion clubs, cinema-nights and so on.
It was forgotten, how to be on an other side, how to participate in activities without thinking about changing them. But "Train the trainers - Its up to me 6" training course made a gift for me. I realized that it's okay to have two heads - of an organizer and of a participant. It's okay to have a wish of making a change. It's okay with you, with me, with everyone. And I am happy that I am stepping into international training world with the help of NaturKultur organization.
I am a learner, and the only thing what I want to do - to learn and observe with you, together with the group and by myself. Being a part of something special - makes you special. My warm hugs and unlimited gratefulness for each person who helped me to be a part of this learning jorney.
