After almost 12 months as a volunteer in Sweden it`s time to say goodbye to this place that I will always call my home. Let`s look back, reflect and give a little resume.

After months of exploring, working and enjoying my year here in Sweden to its best, for the first time I need to rest because of a knee injury. And since I got a lot of extra time right now I want to share some random thoughts with you all.

And another month is over! That means lots of experiences but also a little milestone and a not so lucky accident…

January went by so fast - crazy that the first month of 2022 is already over! I think that’s reason enough to give you a little update about my last weeks.

It`s finally Christmas! That means it`s time for a blog post about my last few weeks loaded up with Christmas spirit – both, at home and at work!

Filled with Christmas cookies, listening to Christmas music, and watching the advent candles, I am sitting here in our cozy living room and feeling filled with joy. Time for a little update about my last weeks – Christmas time in Sweden!

Besides a visit from my family from Germany, many exciting experiences and adventures with the other volunteers, the work at Rapatac and my Swedish learning there was not that much time to write for Youth Reporter lately. So, let`s give you all a little update about my last weeks now.

For one month now I live and work here in Sweden. Time for a little update.
